And that's why we God Lovers and Followers are better than everyone else in the world.

Money is the leastest thing to acquire.

There are too many greater and sweeter and better things to acquire that even money can never acquire them.

Good luck.

Is it wise to play along with been a Christian as an Atheist? I am finding it difficult to fake, it seems like a major blow to myself to lie to myself.
So you believe in the Spectacular Miracle that everything that exist including their programmings came out of NOTHING!?

Don't trust anyone...
Not all of them have self control...
Just act like them till you're sure of their acts and beliefs

Most atheists are never bold to come out, just some online gragra but in reality they hide their heads in shame which brings me to ask why would a sane person practice what he/she isn’t proud of?

Yen yen...
That's what you guys keep saying..
But the moment someone claims to be an Atheist you guys demonize the person immediately

If by acting like a Christian.. you mean attending church services... Or going for evangelism and things like that.. then no.

But generally.. i don't go around announcing my lack of belief. If someone brings their religion to my doorstep.. say a JW like MaxinDhouse for example.. and i have time.. I'll engage with them.

But if I'm ever in a position where stating my disbelief could put me in danger.. then i tend not to show it.

Certain parts and regions of Nigeria are not safe for disbelievers.. or even followers of other religions. So it's best to act with caution.

Fake it if you have to.. if it'll keep you safe. Religion.. or lack thereof is not worth losing your life over.

Certain theists are willing to physically harm.. or ostracize unbelievers if they have the opportunity. The constitution doesn't protect religious freedom as much as it should.

If Nigeria could have open debates like they do in America where you won't be worried about your safety afterwards.. then I'll be the first to jump on it

ATHEISM sound illogical so no sane individual can be proud of being an atheist!

But when people finds support for what they have in mind they become bold to say it not because they have what it takes to convince others but as more people in the society accept it they have the boldness to speak.

So instead of categorizing different schools of thought on the matter of faith a wise man said it's just two roads, one broad road leading off to destruction and many are traveling through it, then another narrow road leading to life but few are the ones FINDING it! Matthew 7:13-14

This means people who find the narrow road leading to life has what it takes to convince anyone whether they get support or not but those on the broad road only keep going because they can see many traveling through it even though they can't convince others to join them! smiley

The thing is,if people knw u dnt believe in their God u r in trouble. When ur chicken die,its because u dnt go to church; when ur vehicle breaks down, its because u dnt worship God; if u can't pay ur house rent; its because u dnt go to church...& so on. If u don't want 2 have any problem with ur family, community & society at large; & u dnt want to engage in endless argument; & u don't want 2 get a dirty look every Sunday morning; then be a christian. Fake it as much as u can & 4get abt conscience. If people don't want to listen to u when u speak ur truth, then tell them lies & feel no guilt because they love living in falsehood. But if u r rich & earn everyone's respect, then u can declare urself an atheist & have no problem. Then u'll see believers scurying to u 4 financial help without feeling guilty! What a world!

God is simply a TITLE used by Christians to depict the SOURCE and ORIGIN of Everything!

Claiming You Don't know that EVERYTHING has a SOURCE is like an Ostrich burying its head in the Sand.

Do you really think everything we see plus all their programmings is a mere spectacular accident?

That's not a fair answer. It's almost as if we're fighting. Your answer suggests that every theist is unreasonable or immature in terms of reasoning faculty. I believe you should be able to make your point without trying to bring down others at the same time.

Wow it's obvious you know what she meant and not what you put up there.

if there were God lovers who never love & pursue money I would've been among them years ago. Very few atheists claim it's an accident. To say it's an accident is to say that you KNOW what caused everything to be.

She is saying she doesn't know. Big difference.

Also.. it's one thing to say that something was caused by something.. and it's another thing to claim that you know the nature of the first cause.

Theists don't just claim that there is a God who created everything. They claim more. Much more.

They claim the God is singular.. they claim the God had a son.. they claim the God doesn't like when we work on the Sabbath day.. they claim the God will one day judge us and send some to a place called hell.. and others to a place called heaven.

They make a myriad of other claims without a single shred of objective evidence to back up their claims.

Belief in a first cause does not equate to theism.. there is a big void of evidence that must be filled first

A god... According to your belief.. is conscious.. and far more complex than anything we observe today. Please... Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

If nothing conscious can exist without a cause, or a creator, then what caused your god to exist? How can something that incredibly complex and conscious “just be"??

There's something that happen in the minds of people who lost their believe in God. Its like the story of a crafty tortoise attending a feast in the sky with his birds friends lending it one feather each to fly & how it came to have a rough shell...u must have believed this as a child! Later u came 2 realize as an adult that these stories aren't real but someone is now trying to let u believe them again.
No matter how hard an atheist try,i dont think he/she can believe in God again! Never!

Too easy a question!

1. Every Effect is preceded by a Cause
2. It is a scientific and logical impossibility to have an infinite regress of cause and effect.
3. Since evidence of cause and events abound, it is therefore necessary that an "Uncaused First Cause" of Everything be.

This "Uncaused First Cause" of Everything" is what we Christians call the SOURCE of everything.

The "Uncaused First Cause" of Everything is thus an Enigma as it is impossible to understand how He could just be !? He doesn't conform to your experiences Sir!

I hope that you'll be intellectually reasonable in this discussion.

There are a few logical questions you may need to answer.
1. Do you think an Uncaused First Cause of Everything Exist?
If not, can you justify your position?
2. If the "Uncaused First Cause" of Everything" exist, would it be logically and scientifically correct to call such a FORCE, the SOURCE of everything?

In answering the questions above, Forget the Real identity of the "Uncaused First Cause" of Everything": that's why I deliberately used the term FORCE rather than God (to remove theistic bias).
