Dunno why you’re taking it out on him. The most ‘we’ can do is hope. I don’t think the man is an adviser or appointee of the president, he’s merely a believer. Only very few people will stay with you when you fail. That’s loyalty.

Mbonu had also been set up by the association to see to the implementation of the agreement with government sequel to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Peter Obi-led government on Monday.

Chief Medical Director, Anambra State University Teaching Hospital (ASUTH), Amaku, Awka, Dr. Lawrence Ikeakor also confirmed the new development: “Well I’m happy to tell you that the strike has been amicably resolved, even though, like you said, it’s been a prolonged one but suffice it to say that it has been resolved and the doctors have resumed work.”
“The call off was yesterday (Sunday). The doctors had some negotiations and held their congress yesterday, during which they agreed to call off the strike. So they resumed duty today.
They are in their clinic. Well, I was not privy to the agreement but I will say that our representatives were satisfied with the arrangement, hence they decided to call off the strike.” He disclosed.

Anyone who tells you that Peter Obi is a saint is a first-class fool. You people should stop using that word in Nigerian politics. Even you, an ordinary citizen, are you a saint? The thing is, even among thieves, there are some who still have empathy - just the way you cannot compare Abia governor with Ebonyi governor or Ogun governor with Borno governor.

The truth of the matter is, Peter Obi cannot win this election without these politicians. That's why APC and PDP keep talking about structures. How much does Peter Obi have to mobilize people from over 700 LGAs in Nigeria?

He needs to promise sitting politicians juicy positions in order for them to financially support his candidature. If not, he is going nowhere. This is democracy; you don't just need voters - you need a lot of money and influential people to promote your candidature. That's why politicians decamp when they get involved in antiparty activities and their candidates win.
