I will advise you follow through the instructions try to rearrange your document and upload them you can list them here also make sure you fill the online form appropriately. I have stopped applying for now.

The police characters in Nigeria now is 30k you have to pay into government account......here is the online payment site

Then the officer will ask you to pay 10k for his own service charged for assisting you at lagos ....

If you do non appearance it's will take cost additional 10k

Almost the same as those required for tourist application along with your admission letter and proof of scholarship if you have one. If you have proof of scholarship covering your entire study, you won’t need to provide a bank statement or you may just add it for the sake of it.

General requirements

Manual Visa Application Form must be filled out International passport valid for at least six months 2 recent colored passport photographs on white background
Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of birth
If married, a copy of the Marriage Certificate
Copy of passport Bio-Data page
Introduction letter from Employer/Organization/ School
Self Introduction Letter
Invitation letter with a copy of signatory’s ID
