I know a consultant Hematologist (medical doctor) who couldn't cope with the cost of living in Canada, infact he couldn't practice his profession and he became frustrated. He left but his wife refused leaving, so they divorced. The man remarried after he came back to Nigeria and he's really doing so great and happy.

Nothing you have said dispute the facts about what I said that the wait to be seen in the Emergency Room could be very long, I am not talking about calling 911 or going to see your primary physician. I am talking about ER visit, the long wait for new immigrants to get a family doctor, the very long waits to see a specialist and get surgical procedures done because of shortages of doctors you are talking about calling 911 like it is not the ER the ambulance will take you.
