So hey guys
I promised to drop my timeline.
First off I know how much this forum helps people and also encourages us to handle our applications ourselves.
Well I didn’t apply myself I used an agent and although I learnt a lot here, got information here that I also applied. Thank you all
I’m a June applicant
Did my biometrics June 28th
Medical request: August 15th
Medicals done : August 30th
Updated : 6th September
Bvl : September 9th
PPR: September 9th
I just have to keep thanking God because indeed
What God cannot do does not exist.
And to the hopefuls
Just keep a positive mind and pray unto God
It would surely end in praise.
Anybody going to Quebec let’s link up ?

Good day gurus,
Thank you for making the almost impossible dreams of people have a very possible vision.
This is my first post here and hopefully it won't be the last as I embark on this journey. I completed my project in my school earlier this year and after given assurance that the transcript will be ready by August, I applied for the advanced direct entry in science the same August, I paid the application fee,did resume, submitted my wace result. The deadline for submission of transcript is October 15th and my school is saying there's strike and we should look towards December for the transcript.
I need your urgent advice on what to do as the program is for falls.

Sorry about that. I guess that is the requirement of that particular institution.

You can try Fanshawe college in Ontario. That is my DLI and i secured their admission with C6 score in my WAEC result.

DoDirtsLikeWorm:
Is there any University taking/admitting students that has C5 or C6 in some Subjects in their WAEC.

I was just denied Admission for not having all least C4 in all subjects?

Even though I uploaded my Post Secondary School Transcripts & Statement of Results. (I thought it could have overshadow the formal)

If you can get the unofficial transcript (the student copy), you can send that to them pending the period the official one from your school will be available.

But return flight be say e go carry you reach still bring you back whenever you wan come back depending on the date wey you put as ur return date.
Know say if you wan access PTA for bank, na return flight you go book. But if you no send PTA, just run one way. Enwero Di much.

Hello Olokings.

Have you succeeded in getting an accommodation? If you have, please can you share some tips?

olokings:
Hello Fam,
Just to drop my 50 cent and hopefully give someone insight.

So I've been looking for accommodation in New Brunswick Fredericton for some days now without success.

I applied for UNB residence (I'm going for post grad in Fredericton) and even though I was super late, my application was granted.

Application fee was charged from my student account which was already funded with form A.

Now here comes the icing, they started in their site that I can pay room deposit in my local currency using CIBC and I decided to test it with a $CAD50.00 deposit. Behold to my amazement, I was charged N17772 (surcharges included), meaning they processed it at $CAD1 = N420 which is a great deal. Saves me a whole lot of black mkt stress n forex delays...

By the way, I would like to be added to the Nigerian Association in Fredericton whataapp group.

Thanks

The truth is that there would be no time going to any bank for PTA. Omo time no dey again.

Almost resuming late already. One-way flight arrangements.

I eventually settled for UNB Residence (school hostel).
Although I'll be needing a 2/3 bedroom apartment from January when my family comes to join me.

In this instance, you need to reach out to the school and inform them of the strike that is affecting the processing of your transcripts, show them newspaper clippings as evidence of the strike. Ask for conditional admission subject to provision of the transcripts. Don't give them a date that you will send the transcripts, just leave it open ended.

Hello, pls I am trying to submit my student visa application through GCkey but then my document sizes are larger than the maximum size per file (4mb). I tried compressing it but it's compressing it to only about 4%. I'd appreciate any assistance on the best way I can go about this.
Also, I was thinking if it is possible to send some through the portal and if there are other alternatives of sending documents maybe I could do that too.
Hi MercyHaastrup,

I addressed a similar question earlier. Please see below.

Can't wait to eventually celebrate with you!

Visa Approved!!!!

I have been a silent reader and observer. I am dropping this to encourage others on this wonderful platform who are waiting for PPR or waiting to even start the entire process. I am 38 years old with a study gap of 13years. I completed the masters program admission and visa application process myself.

Here is my timeline:
Application Submitted: 11th July
Biometrics: 14th July (updated on 22nd August after an email and webform)
Upfront medical: 20th July (updated on 29th August after an email and webform)
Eligibility started: 10th September
BVL: 10th September
PPR: 10th September

Due to the school enrollment deadline, I have already deferred my admission to the next intake which is within the 150days timeframe.

I pray that good news will locate everyone else still waiting.
