With no Nigerian restaurant or store around in Uruguay, I embarked on the adventure of making my own stew. And I ended up making the best stew in the whole of Latin America.

If you think your stew is better than mine, post photo of it or keep quite. lol

We don't have swallow here, but I wanted to be connected to Mama Africa, and Nigeria, so I got this corn flour thing called Polenta.

Just in case people think say na google I take get the images or say it was so bad that I didn't even eat it. I took photos of me eating it o!

Another day o! I don chop too much meat already. If you look the photo you know say the meat done na. I cooked it for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Op, no offense, you had nice ingredients, but you simply did not know how best to use them.

Your pictures are fine shaa.

Nice one. That stew looks well cooked and done.
Looks inviting too.

You can also use oat meal powder for swallow too. In case of next time.

Okay, I thought op wanted to cook rice when he started with groundnut oil.

I say lemme see how this goes; raw meat just enter like that without prior parpoiling...that kind thing . Oga, you violate that meat ,I just weak.
