Learn to be appreciative. Do you know the number of legal bottlenecks this administration has to pass through due to the shoddy deals entered into by previous PDP administrations which stalled immediate take off of electricity reforms? Nigeria can generate 25,000 megawatts today and it wouldn't make any difference unless the national grid is fixed and that is what the Buhari government is doing with the help of Siemens. It is beyond your understanding. So far it's Govt, it will take another 8years to install. Then zero maintenance. Government cannot manage infrastructures and equipment.
In Ghana, Ghana water company, ECG, AIRPORT are being managed with zero Govt interference. They expand the business, put in measures to generate more funds, pay their bills, pay salaries and then pay royalties or/and targets to the government as agreed. At the end of the year, they are audited by external auditors.
