Hello my people, please I need help on how to sell my Dad's shares in Zenith and Access.

I stumbled across his shares certificate. I remember some time he told me about them before his demise.

Please who has been in my shoes and how do I go about it.

Like how long does it take.

Is it something I can get done in 2-3 months?
How do I calculate how much each certificate worth?

If your dad is deceased, visit a reputable stockbroker(not analogue stockbroker) and they will give you the long list of requirements and direct you on what to do.
Even if you have all the required documents it will most likely take you more than three months.

their nonsense response was that they had not received my mandate form from the bank after I had submitted online. I still went ahead to submit physical copy at the bank. Now they've stopped responding

I had similar problem concerning Mansard.l was told to fill another emandate form by the registrar after sending complain mails through my broker. This was after l had filled the emandate form and given it to my bank . Lucky the first emandate form l filled l had it scanned and saved in my system so all l did was to just forward it to my broker copying the registrar while my broker forwarded it to the registrar copying me. If you can scan the filled emandate form send to your broker copy the registrar and watch what happens there after

Im about to enter the market again full force.....,,,The era of high interest rates just started and yield of equities just has to match that of money market........,

If ur entry prices does not guarantee u 13% dividend yield......its time to sell and run away, else you go average down tire in what is about to happen in 24months time

The more u average down, the more money u will use to offset ur losses...

Im currently preparing my cash arsenal
GT WILL sell@#10 possibily #8 in about 24 months time

Elections are here, govt must spend coupled with inflationary pressures already on ground

Same thing happened to me ,I forgot the dividend due to the back and forth between me and veritas registrar

Fear mongering by Credit Suisse- they are a bit late to the party though and they are not providing any 'new' news.

I don't need to be an economist to know that a mix of high interest rates with inflation in a world just coming out of a 2-year pandemic will not be good for the pockets in the short term. Short-term being very subjective.

With all their analysis, they are at risk of bankruptcy themselves according to their latest filings

By now many have learnt the moral of the above lesson cool

Meanwhile like we said earlier a repeat of 2008 global recession is staring at us.

By September it will be glaring and recede by march 2023.

APRIL 2023 will USHER a NEW DAWN

BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE!

*ThE OcToPuS*

We made the above POST in July, the OBEDIENT ones that want their FUNDS to be USEFUL heed our advice and are now on top of the GAME.

Meanwhile those deceived by MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKERS are now preaching LONGTERM as if they don't know the meaning of OPPORTUNITY COST.

Well BARGAIN HUNTERS should jealousy guide their FUNDS via MONEY MARKET.
Treasury bill rates is now 12% heading to 20% and forget about those drowning in the ocean of STOCK MARKET.

By March 2023 countless mouth watering bargains will spring up in the MARKET.

12% still lower than Zenith bank, Gtb dividend yields. They need to do more. Mind you, as share prices go down, they become more attractive

T-bills rate will gradually climb to its prices during d last regime, I personally bought a couple of tbills from GTBank @19-20%

Many that have access to direct bidding got at 23%

In my own opinion no stock exchange can survive dat dividend yield in money market

In the month of MAY when most of us left the market both GTB and Zenith were trading @ circa N25 today what are their current prices

We don't need a sooth sayer to tell us that elections is around the corner and presidential elections in Africa is always a do or die affair.

So let's learn to be proactive in our dealings and stop blaming village people for our misfortunes.

A stitch in time saves nine.
