For priority service, decision will be made in five days and if your passport is not returned to TLS within 28 day's, you may likely loose the whole process.

Write any post date
In section to explain "reasons for refusal", state the reasons and explain that exact dates can't be recalled and that you have no records

I applied for a visit visa for my mum to visit me and her grandchildren. However, I didn't include her statement of account as I felt that it wasn't necessary since I was sponsoring the whole trip. Unfortunately, her visa was denied which really saddened me as we had planned towards her coming.

Kindly supporting me with how to rectify their concerns in the next application I will be making. How soon can I apply again? How many months bank statement should I provide? Please note that a large sum of money has just been sent by my sister into her account to help her with form A for her school fees payment. she is below 55 years of age and I send her stipends every month as she does petty trading.

Please note that a large sum of money has just been sent by my sister into her account to help her with form A for her school fees payment. she is below 55 years of age and I send her stipends every month as she does petty trading.

The Red Flags:

She is 55years old - meaning she is actively independent and you even proved this by saying she is a petty trader and you stated her annual income hence you should have included an evidence of this even if the amount she makes is small; it doesn't matter since you are sponsoring the trip. In my past application for my parents I stated that they are retired and do not earn income that they solely depends on their children still i included my dad's bank statement.

Lenght of trip - 3momths, moreover she is going with her grandchildren : this is too long for an initial application, you should have stated at most 1 month or better still 3weeks and once she gets her visa she can stay the 3 months provided she did'nt over stay her visit

You can reapply and address the issues raise. Include evidence of her business like trade certificate, Town council payment permits/receipt, Her bank statement and off course you need to explain any loop or contrary transactions on the account backed with evidence. For example during my parents application, my brother pay #400k into my dad's acct, he wrote a letter explaining the source of the funds and why he made such deposit (travel cash gift) and we backed it up with the payment receipt; it was a transfer so we went into the bank and asked for a receipt of that particular transfer and it was also stamped by the bank.

I hope this help?

Good evening all,

I intend to travel end of October. So, I’m thinking of going for priority/ super priority application.

However, I learn that super priority don’t work for people with history of refusal.

I was refused for UK visa when I applied in May.

Which application route is the best?

There is no guarantee, but if they believe you meet the requirements, they will approve your visa application.

You have a better chance of getting it than a novice.

Thank you for this...
I think i should give it a try....

where did you learn the highlighted text from?

Also, priority or super priorioty is not a route, rather services.

This was the case a few years ago. I'm not sure what is obtainable now.

In such scenario noted by you few years ago, did an eco state i have refused your application because you chose priority service and have recently been refused?

The applicant's personal circumstances and not service(s) chose at tlc determines visa outcome.
Whatever services you choose at tlc has no impact on your application. Tlc does not do the decision, eco does, as such If circumstances noted in previous refusal are not addressed then same outcome is possible result for future application.

Hello House,
So I have been reading through this thread to get best of information and advice.
I am applying for Visit visa. I want to book appointment on TLS Ikeja. I have been trying to get priority service but its only super priority I could see. The available dates also are for prime service and towards the end of October.
My travel is 11 Nov. 2022.
Should I cancel my application and try TLS VI??
Or is there any advice for me. I need the priority service, that's the only way to meet up.

Thank you. I await every available advice

yes it is not advisable. You sure can apply under priority or super priority however you might be wasting £250-£950 with very minute chances of refund. It is a UKVI service and not a TLS service meaning the money for this goes to the Home office and that’s why payment is only done in pounds.
Why is this preached? Due to previous refusal immigration history from the UK, the ECO might need to learn about your current situation, etc. more indept and may take time…. Which will not be feasible within 1 to 5 working days.
