To those that have probably been there or have an idea about it.
How do you handle sexual urges especially if your partner is not available.

It happens that hubby has been away for quite some time, eight month precisely and he isn’t coming back any moment.

These days has just been messy for me as I am always Hot and wet as fhhuckk, whenever I get up from bed, my pant is always soaked. I have tried to suppress the pressure to touch myself or use objects but it seems the pressure is overcoming me, damn I hardly even concentrate on any other thing, my mind is just fhhhuccked up right now, all my thoughts are bordered on dirty wild sex almost all day.

Are there therapists or some kinda experts one can talk to, I really fear for myself.

I honestly don’t see cheating as an option, though I am very afraid cos I never knew a day would come that I would touch myself but unfortunately I did last night reason I couldn’t hold it again and decided to seek others opinion anonymously. I can’t even discuss it with my people around.

You need to deal with the spirit of lust, the spirit of lust can manifest in your life even in marriage, it's not bad to feel sexual urge, it shows that you are normal and your body system is functioning but when the urge is too strong that you can't handle it, a spirit is behind it. I have been practicing abstinence for years now and I don't even feel half of this urge like you feel, you need to discipline your mind and put your flesh under subjection.

Let me tell you the plain truth. You may not believe me. It is a sexual demon that came as result of the things you are exposed to like sex videos and the likes. Your mind will be flooded until you defile your body.
I know some people would be offering to have sex with you already. They will send you Pm. It is also part of the demonic activity to get you defiled. Just wishing you could stop won't help you. All you need is to get close to God.

As a married person. Best is to take trasnport and meet your husband wherever he is located. Even if he is very busy,he MUST create out the time for you both to meet and do the needful.Marriage partners are not supposed to be separated for long so as not to give any room for temptation. Pick up your phone and call your husband for you both to meet immediately. If he is outside the country and money is available to book flight for you to meet him and spend quality time with him. Work is not all about money to take care of the family financially and be emotionally neglected and starved.It should be balanced.Bible said husband should pay his dues to his wife and vice versa.

I doubt because if you do, your flesh will be kept under as your spirit is being lifted at such programs but it's obvious the only things you feed your soul with are thoughts of sex and wild imaginations of sex.
Watching sexual videos and all sorts.

If you want to get your mind off it, think and dwell more on spiritual things like the word of God. Gospel songs and if possible, fasting and prayers asking the holy spirit to help ( he can help you). That is if you're even a christian.

That is more reason it is not advisable for husband and wife to be far apart for a long time. Temptations of various forms will be coming and it takes a strong determination not to bow for any. My wife too has been away on a course for about 2 years now though we see each other about twice in three months. What I will tell you is to keep yourself busy by engaging in a job or business activity. During your leisure times, you can occupy your mind with reading or watching movies.

Its your mind and those dirty contents you watch having its effect on you. Its not a difficult thing to abstain, work on your mindset and what you watch

there are abnormal urges actually...like the frequent urge for porn and masturbation I wrote about.

However, it's so wrong for partners to part way for long ..it's not healthy at all....it leaves both partners vulnerable...even your husband is feeling it hard where he is rn

I tell people..... financial frustration is better than sexual frustration...

if you are frustrated financially...you can find a way through it... get a loan, or even beg online just like people do here....you sure gonna get some help somehow ...

Once you are sexually frustrated...you won't able to think straight or do anything else for long...

To cap it : nobody will be able to help you in this mess; not your family, not your homies...
it will be so tiring and since you are married, this will further leave you vulnerable (one of the reasons why people cheat on their spouse)

Infact it's a crazy experience for women even a crazier one for men....

Ok now my advice:

*you will have to talk to your hubby about it ...tell him how you feel...ask about how he feels (he should be feeling hot too)...share your sexual hassle together (Do this regularly)....it makes you feel strong and that you are not alone.

*If your husband is at a location where you can reach him (if you don't mind the distance and the expenses) , try as much as possible to visit him...

*If you are a Christian, you can pray and fast... listen to gospel music regularly...

* Try as much as possible to stay away from any sex videos...it will only add to your already brimmed urge..and that could knock you off..

* Pls don't cheat.... keep holding up...
