hey guys is it possible to get PR after one year pgwp ? please a response will be appreciated

It's very risky. If you decide to do this, try and get an LMIA or PNP. You can Google to learn more about them.

Good day my people,

Please I need your advise,

I submitted my application since on the 17th of June together with that of my kids and am yet to get response. And it's almost 4months.

Do I request for GCMS or Contact the MP or even the both. Please am confused at this point. Somebody help

You can try both. Request for GCMS notes from CBSA though. Don't waste time requesting them from IRCC.

Hi guys,
Congratulations to the people that got their PPR recently.
After doing upfront medical, how do they link it to my application when I apply? Also, can I apply first, then do the medical without being asked for it?

Good afternoon, I’m a fresher here, and I’m about to start the journey. I study Business Administration(HND) with upper credit. Working in a bank as Financial Technology (Fin Tech.) have seen a course that relate with my experience in Seneca college. Hope I’m good to go with this school.

Yes. That school is fine.

Anyone here that has migrated from Germany to Canada through study route, please indicate ooo cool....

Are you based in Germany at the moment? If you don't mind, why would you like to migrate to Canada? I thought Germany is a good country to live in, probably even better than Canada in some aspects. Do you disagree with this?

Just after you have finished preaching about attitude? What happened to, "I guess you may have missed it cos you've been answered in the comment before yours"? Must you sound condescending? Una too get negative vibes for this thread. Everything una must turn am to attack.

Remember seeing your posts months ago.

Sorry about this.

My suggestion: apply for GCMS ($5 - $ 15).

See why they refused and other notes made.

My guess is they don't expect you to return to Nigeria.
If so, and if you want to apply to Canada again, permanent residence may be the best option. Learning French will definitely be a plus. There is a policy to get more French speakers in Canada, especially outside Quebec.

Cheers

Charito will learn French because of Canada waka… inside head that have not finished catching English… you wan kill me oh… Lmao!
My notes arrived some days back and nothing was there. Will order another soon

Is this really necessary? I think it's sort of a double edged sword, especially if you're applying solo. Why would a newly wed want to go to Canada on his own to study when he's starting a new family?

Even if you decide to apply for SOWP, why are you getting married when you're planning to study abroad? Why not wait till you return?

I think it's better to just let it be for now, but think for yourself and decide.

Don’t take it too personal, it’s not a big deal, I know someone(more than one) that got married after their application was submitted, and it was approved. This could have an impact on her SOWP application if the moniker doesn’t notify IRCC about his new marital status. Even if you just had a new born baby, you can still notify IRCC about the additional to your family.

So SoftdudeKay, Go ahead and inform IRCC but draft LOE to explain your situation better to the visa officer (Explain how your spouse is so dear to you, and you just want to fulfilled the love you have for him/her before going to Canada for study, and at the end of your authorized stay you will be very happy to return back to him/her). This also demonstrates good family ties. I stand to be corrected.

Here is the trick send an email and webform twice a day for a week to (Nairobi). Then order your Gcmsnotes the following week.

Also, wait for other gurus opinion as well.

All the best.

No problem at all. It's personal attacks that I don't tolerate.

Thanks for sharing a different view.

Dear Gurus,

I need help on the below refusal reasons that came on the 29th of September:

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

I already ordered my GCMS notes since August 9, but NO update from IRCC yet.

NOTES:
I did not pay any tuition deposit

I used a fixed deposit letter of N17m plus in my application.

Thank you, as I awaits your contributions.

You certainly can.
Just ensure that you speak with your international student advisor/International student office at your DLI before making any changes.
