There is question that I have been begging for answer and I hope my question will be answered here.Why is it there is no sorry single Dam in South East or South South but come to Northern region Dam there are uncountable.Is it South East or South South region is allergic to Dam or their region is not meant for Dam,can someone please explain.................I am that Igbo Jew
