Bro I am more inform than you! I have used both phones. Android and iPhone.

Well I won't say I have used both. I currently use both. 3 iPhones and two Samsungs. But that is besides the point.

iPhones can and have been infected with malware. Fact. Go read up the Pegasus software and how it has been used to infect iPhones. Or how special crafted SMS messages sent to an iPhone can cause the iPhone to open a malicious link on its own and have the phone infected. iPhones have malware. Don't be lulled into na false sense of security that iPhones cannot be infected by virus.

Your ignorance is referring to a charger as "Android charger". As long as the charger pumps out enough voltage and current, the phone doesn't give a damn whether it was made by Xi Kwan Lee or by Steve Jobs
Hahahahhahah this your statement makes fall from my table

I'm going to ignore the insult. Everything Apple makes is more expensive. It's a class thing. It is NOT A "special charger". It's a regular charger with Apple branding. It's more expensive because of that branding and not because it is "special".
Since the word, "special" stings you, let me use your preferred term. grin

Apple brand of phone charger is very expensive and that is why many Nigerians that own iPhone use another brand of charger for iPhones.

I never mentioned USB C anywhere in my post. I said Apple USB cable. Read it again. Doesn't iPhone have USB cable?

You people wrongly call cable charger. Many iPhone users in Nigeria combine Apple USB cable and Android charger to charge iPhone. Is it because I didn't say charger head? Okay, that thing you call charger head is what I am talking about. Many Nigerians that own iPhone use Android charge head to charge their iPhones.
how is this a problem? Honest question? If I have a charge head readily available and working with my phone perfectly, how is it a problem using it? These people.

For the fact that it uses one sim card slot, to me it doesn't make sense

The only sense it makes is to use it for oppression and suppression

Most useless phone to buy. Apart from its durability, apple music and camera quality (which you can get on a high end samsung phone), not worth the hype. You can't use an iphone without having an android phone as backup. Navigation is stressful. Recently got myself 12pro max and I'm regretting it. Mtcheww.
Sell it to me

You are the confused one.

I misread your comment and thought you accuse me of saying Samsung is the only Android phone vulnerable to hacks and virus. Okay. I have read your comment again and seen where you put "nt" to mean "not". I accept my mistake of not understanding the nt earlier. I therefore apologize. But you are free to insult me for that mistake of mine.

Now, what about you? Your accuse me of saying Samsung is not vulnerable to hacks and virus. Where and when did I say it? Answer this question.

Stop trying to change the topic. I am not talking about whether another brand of charger is a problem for iPhone or not. My point is iPhone and its accessories are expensive. If iPhone charger is not very expensive, an iPhone owner will not buy Infinix or Texno charger for his or her iPhone.

Now that we are on the same page that the iPhone chargers are not special, let's move on to addressing the misconception that people don't use iPhone chargers because they are expensive. When Apple launched the iPhone 12 in 2020, one of the reasons they gave for not including a charger in the box was "environmental reasons" saying they they will be able to save 2million metric tons of annual carbon emissions. Would people re-using their previous chargers not be in line with this "environmental reason"? Why throw away a fully functional charger when it can be used to safely and effectively charge your new phone? When you buy a brand new shoe do you go and buy a new socks because you bought a new shoe or do you re-use your old battle tested socks? When you buy a new shirt do you also buy new singlet and boxers or do you use the old ones?

You really think someone who can afford a phone for a million Naira will be bothered by a ₦45k accessory? Like seriously? Or are people making rational decisions to buy a phone and reuse functional chargers?

Fool yourself, not me. Whoever buys iPhone will gladly buy the Apple brand of phone charger if he can afford the charger. Insufficient fund is why people buy iPhones without buying the charger made by Apple. This is also why many of them buy used iPhones instead of buying a new iPhone. They want the iPhone but they can't easily afford what goes with iPhone.

Which previous charger did iPhone expect the customers to reuse? A Samsung charger, an Infinix charger or Tecno charger? Answer this question.

changing the topic by asking you how you think what you stated is a problem? Did it maybe occur to you that I may own an iPhone and an infinix phone, hence share my charger heads interchangeably? Of all the arguments to make, I am yet to see how this particular one is a POINT of reference.

Why didn't you get a charger made by Apple when you got the iPhone?

If the Infinix charger gets damaged now, would you replace it with Apple brand of charger since charger is charger? grin

because apple doesn’t own an Apple Store in Nigeria, because in Nigeria no certified original Apple Store seller, because in Nigeria it’s hard to say for sure which is a genuine real apple charger. Because my infinix charger works perfectly fine for me and is readily available anywhere so what’s the point.

Because when it comes to chargers, no one buys brands since they just have one simple job to do, charge your device.

This is a useless topic to debate on frankly.

No Apple store in Nigeria but you managed to buy iPhone. grin Does Amazon sell fake products to you? grin

Forget this your childish logic of saying chargers have simple job. If you present an Apple brand of charger and an Infinix charger to an iPhone owner qnd ask him to choose one for his iPhone, he will choose the Apple one. This clearly shows that cost is why an iPhone owner will be using an Infinix charger for an iPhone.

Every sincere person will admit that the best charger for a phone is the charger produced for the phone by the phone maker. An Apple brand of charger can charge a Samsung phone. But if you present an Apple charger and a Samsung charger to an owner of a Samsung phone and asks him to choose one for his Samsung phone, he or she will choose the Samsung charger. You are just trying to deceive yourself, not me.

Well, I use iPhone 11 Pro Max.
The phone is rugged. Very fast with 6GB memory. And with 256GB space, I found out I can save lots of files and more.
The phone looks water resistant though I have not tried it and will never try it.
The camera is too sharp and I don’t seem to like it especially when taking a selfie cos it draws out all the dots on my face.
It charges very fast.
With all of these, I think the phone is superb.
It is my office ooo. I didn’t buy if for show. So if you don’t really need it, don’t buy it unless you have excess money. iPhone pro max is not an everyday phone. It’s either you really need it for business or you have excess money to spend if not, run ooo.
