chrisoo:Sorry about that. My guess is that the VO thinks the money in the firm's account is not accessible to you. If you had applied with the funds in your personal account, the outcome could have been different. |

jaydave:@Jaydave thank you so much. I have applied for the January 2024 now, but the letter of addmision is takes like 6weeks before getting to the student. I hope it doesn't matter, and will IRCC accept 2024 loa from same dli? Then I have done medical since August 24,they have started reviewing it before they sent the medical request. Thank you. |

bepositive11:bepositive11, thank you so much I really appreciate. I have applied again to NBCC, although it's January 2024, I hope it doesn't matter? And also at the lookout to FANSHAWE COLLEGE and CENTENNIAL college for their admission anyone that comes first. And if God decided to bring PPR then I will continue with NBCC, I pray everything align together for my good. Amen Thank you. |

chrisoo:I’m sorry about this, you’re lucky they responded early. I believe the VO thinks that the funds won’t be available/accessible for the entire program length. Maybe try moving the money into another account then draft LOE to explain it. And also do not forget to order for GCMS notes to ascertain the VO’s concerns, tackle it then refire. It will end in praise. |

There lies your problem i think. simple logical reason posits that you require at least N11.5million to fund your one year educantion venture + another N2million for flights. Now you are submitting a company as your sponsor, if you say you are the owner of the company why do you need YOUR OWN COMPANY TO SPONSOR YOU? If you are an employee of the company, why will they be consuming almost 70% of their financial capability to sponsor ONLY YOU for your study? The above DOES NOT DEMONSTRATE REASONABLE EXPENSE. And do no forget to articulate the 3rd party sponsorship flag while you are at it. You may wanna address that. chrisoo: |

AkeemTy:So sorry to hear this. What reason/s did they give for the refusal? |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by AkeemTy(m): 11:36am On Nov 03, 2022 |
Just generic reasons. 1. They are not convinced I will leave Canada after my studies 2. Insufficient financial status Pace6: |

AkeemTy:I can see you have been on this canada journey since 2019 if God says it’s your destination it will happen like miracle . I remembered getting denied US green card in 2011. Very painful . Several years down the line I have no regrets because I focused more on getting my finances right and invested a lot over the years . Also traveled to few countries Europe and middle east. Now the adventure to travel now to me is just like if it works fine if it doesn’t I can try other countries while continuing to stay focus on my business in nigeria |
