They need to touch down with the visa vigenette they have

Most times they prefer applicants to do another masters in unrelated field to the first. I think it all depends on your statement of purpose. You have to make it convincing and show how important the intended study is to your career. Otherwise your first degree should be enough.

Currently at UBA initiated on 26th October. I just contacted someone who said they can fast track the payment but they are asking for 400k which is outrageous. No, You don't. Sole custody is only required if the other parent is still alive. The death certificate is sufficient.

Hi, please does anyone know the process for applying for an infant with a US citizenship as a dependent to a student who are both in the UK already.

You only need to show POF for 1 year (this should be on your CAS) + maintenance of 9 months.
