What other proof in lieu of the receipt can be accepted because prior to now my Ex/ Baby Daddy has been mostly responsible for the rent and he interface with the agent, so I can first ask him to send a soft copy or maybe convince the crazy agent to provide me with the photocopy of the landlord's own copy.

It might take a while to access that. I don't want you to think I absconded during the waiting period.
