I never knew someone who is also underage could be charged for statutory rape. Statutory rape simply means, sex with a minor whether with consent or not! but i guess the word RAPE, is what triggered your emotions and you feel, anyone the word comes up against must face hell.

Anyway, the boy is a minor too, so if the boy's parents are educated and sound with a good lawyer, the girl should be charged for such offence too.

This is a case of poor parenting on both sides, and this case should be thrown out and both parents should be charged for poor parenting if any charges should be given.
