She got pregnant for the child after their wedding, that's is another case of first child not fathered by the supposed father.

DNA test is not 100% accurate. There's always a tiny margin of error - even if it's 0000.1% probability of error it's still not foolproof. This is why there's great wisdom in sharia law in not accepting Dna test, I understand, as the sole basis for determining paternity once the couple has cohabied for up to 6 months.
Now, this woman may be speaking the truth and if that's the case, then the margin of error is in her favour and the Dna result should be torn to pieces as false.
