Let me say this: ppl who are generally cool-headed, meek & phlegmatic are most times taken for a ride & this is quite unfortunate. It even happens in our own society here a lot. That sb is reserved or introverted & doesn't talk anyhow shouldn't give ppl d freedom to treat them with utter disrespect. The downside to this group of ppl's unique personality is that their emotion or expression of anger can easily spill over. Ppl should learn to respect others no matter their class. We're all humans. Messi is a very cool & extremely professional footballer but some dudes can be very indecent & coarse on d pitch. Messi very rarely get booked in a match & this should give a hint d kind of player he is.
