Women who have health challenges are usually sent back to their parents or siblings to be taken care of.
Go to hospitals and look around for bedridden women, how many of them have their husbands by their side.
If it was the other way round you'd see women carrying cooler of food and inviting one pastor or the other to pray for the spouse.
