My Camon 11 phone Screen Light don't come up after I finish making or receiving calls as such makes ending of calls impossible untill I ask d person I communicated with to kindly end d call.

If U call me or I call u d screen light will on & I can receive or dial calls but ending d call becomes a problem as I couldn't see d end button cos screen light goes blank.

What Can I Do? Is There Sumtin I Need To Set?
Pls, proffer solution.

Your sensor is faulty. Maybe dust or screenguard is covering the sensor

Get a safety pin and clean the top of the earpiece speaker.... If you stay in Lagos.. i can do it for you...

Faced same issue too with my redmi 8 but havent even changed the screen before and didnt bother to fix it till I mistakenly cracked the screen
