If U call me or I call u d screen light will on & I can receive or dial calls but ending d call becomes a problem as I couldn't see d end button cos screen light goes blank.

What Can I Do? Is There Sumtin I Need To Set?
Pls, proffer solution.
Your sensor is faulty. Maybe dust or screenguard is covering the sensor

Get a safety pin and clean the top of the earpiece speaker.... If you stay in Lagos.. i can do it for you...

They can alternatively(since there is no switch available) try and run it wire so you can be using it

My phone has been stolen the IMEI doesn't seem to have any tracks does it mean the phone IMEI has been changed or it's switched off

Faced same issue too with my redmi 8 but havent even changed the screen before and didnt bother to fix it till I mistakenly cracked the screen
