To me, there's no big deal there. If you've ever handled a dead body before, you'll get used to it

Truvelisback:
Good day, fellas. What does it take one to work in a Mortuary? It takes a man or woman who has heart to handle dead bodies. I once asked a guy, he said: U never baff, u say wan work for mortuary? He laughed. He said, there are certains they do(possibly rituals) before handling dead bodies and work there.

Is not a matter of unemployment. Someone has to do the job. If everybody is shying away from such jobs it means we won't have mortuary in Nigeria.
True.

I'm not doubt ur experience. I have seen ghosts tru witchcraft ability. When one dies, the soul goes to where God wants it to go or be while spirit roams abt or go back to his/her rest. Mind u, spirits could be restless too for serveral reasons. E.g like Murder, untimely death, improper burial etc. That's why they usually use this word R.I.P. In the witchcraft world, spirits do leave their rest(grave) to communicate with witches/wizards(humans) who are still alive but not in physical form and later go back to their rest.

Can u explain further wht y mean by in-proper burial.
Thanks

E.g buried in a wrong place instead of the his/her home town or wrong collection of corpse from the Mortuary for burial. This could be as a result of similarities in the names they bear.

Hometown is the best and safest place but that doesn't mean u can't bury them in the place of ur choice. However, it depends on the choice of the spirit of the dead. Some spirit might not like to be buried anywhere. Like my great aunty, she was buried in Lagos because at that time, the children couldn't afford the stress transporting her corpse to the village. However, the took her hand(cut off hand) to the village, possibly to show the elders and for burial.

Ghost do exist champ...that you haven't come across any does not justify that it doesn't at all.
If I hadn't withness one which vanish whitin seconds of passing eachother on a lonely wild village road...arroun 6/7 pm in my home town...
I wouldn't have believed that such could ever happen to me...

I was goosebumped immediately and took to my heels...
Couldn't explain what I saw on reaching home on nonstop running...it took me several minutes to open up to my granny on what transpired..
She told me to avoid that route on wee hours and never to walk alone that side..

There is one thing synonymous with Africa... Evils, witchcrafting....that's our bane for under development... What is a mirage in white man's land... They happen here life and direct..

Ghost exist...that's my own...cos I have come across one.

Oga you no see anything, where una deh see all this una ghost, I go wipe you cord for neck, keep lying

This post is SOLID!

1. Stories and speculations about ghosts, spirits, and mermaids are just hearsay passed from one person to another. In many cases where the person says he/she sees them, it lacks proof and can be connected to delirium, hallucination, or psychosis.

2. Humans can imagine, and when our imaginations become laced with our emotions, a ghost or god is born. We can draw images from non-livings. We feel tensed in dark conditions and begin to make inferences.

3. Sometimes the delusion can be on a grand scale purported by con men and magicians. This alone is a reason you can hardly convince people out of their supernatural claims. Meanwhile, these claims are PURELY PHYSICAL. It takes an understanding of physics, chemistry, and biology to understand.

4. People are afraid to test their beliefs with evidence. A major reason: the beliefs are rooted in fear and ancient. The herd mentality is also part of it.

5. Videos and photos to support supernatural claims like ghosts and aliens are fake yet people still hold a strong belief in them.

7. It is so unfortunate that people will go to their graves with falsehoods and lies misconstrued as the truth.

8. This doesn't erase subjective claims. But if subjective claims should be considered, they must have proven. Or, you can't say a phenomenon is supernatural when an atheist can also experience it.

Kudos man.

Remain Blessed.
It's always easier to deceive people than convince them that they have been deceived.
Just like CHRISTIANITY, most healings and threats coming from Christianity are still subjective.
None is verifiable. We keep seeing MIRACLES, yet when the REAL SICK NOLLWOOD ACTORS & ACTRESSES get there rather than being healed, they are compensated with #10M health bill to handle their ALIMENTS.
We lack critical thinkers in AFRICA.
No one asks Questions. SCIENCE dwells on questions. U must question things and not being sheepish.

I have seen ghosts with the help of witchcraft ability. Every witch or wizard has the ability to see ghosts tru astral projection although a bit similar to the occult. An occult can travel anywhere in the world tru astral projection but a witch or a wizard have a limit they can go. A witch/wizard could see the ghost of their love ones, friends, neighbours etc.

Pls tell me more u re on point.

I learnt a colleague (woman in her 50s) at my former place was sick and i went to see her. When i saw her she was a shadow of herself and she couldn't tell what was wrong with her. She told me that she had gone to sleep over with a sick person in the hospital when someone on another bed in the ward died. The nurses were trying to lift the body and needed assistance. No one obliged to help them. She wondered why and went to help them carry it out. That was it. She didnt understand herself afterwards. It lasted months. She said severally, she would see this strange woman that died calling her to follow. She became like a living dead, very dark, sickly, her hubby bathing her, carrying her about and all. This went on and on but we kept praying. When this would finally stop she had a dream of the woman calling her stubborn and telling her bye bye. This was months after and that was when she finally regained her health and returned to work.
When i visited her, she was a shadow of herself. We spent a long time talking ( she related the story then and we even prayed together) the time i visited during her illness but i was shocked she wasn't even aware i visited after she regained her health.
This can be explained naaaa
We have Post Traumatic disorders.
We have delusional disorders.
Most people seeing corpses for the first time share awkward experiences. No one will ever have a pleasant experience at such sight. But when you keep seeing such you become desensitized like the MEDICAL DOCTORS/ NURSES and MORTICANS.

QUESTION ;
How come Nurses and DOCTORS who prepare corpses for Last Office do not share experiences of GHOSTs even when some were not treated fairly by same health Practioners when alive?

As a student many years back, I once chose our student mortuary library as my preferred place of study over the university library.
I could walk in any time and leave anytime. In fact, I had to get a spare key for myself.

When we lost our HOD, we moved him into our morgue and handled him ourselves. Although before he passed on, he made it clear that he would prefer to be kept among his students

All LIES, ALL LIES.
When Gone, He or She is gone.
NO HUMAN on earth can confidently say he or she has seen a GHOST. People dream dreams. People can be approached in dreams.
Apparitions exist, but GHOSTS are being queried

It's not easy. U need heart.
That's true but your statement doesn't substantiate GHOSTS and you know it's the TRUTH.
MEDICAL DOCTORS have hearts too and such is because of prolonged exposure to practice and they became desensitized. That's the reason they have no LIFE.
