Standard decision wait time for dependant visa is an average of 3weeks(15working days). There is no priority or super-priority available for dependants.

Did you see the option 3 I put their about trying a different card.Also calling customer service will get it sorted for you.i have travelled with this airline before and all I did was call customer service and it was booked.

This isn't opinion,this is facts.

Customer service resolves things, that is their core function, enquiries, complaints and possible resolution.

University of Aberdeen requires NO deposit before CAS but you are required to pay at least 50% on enrollment. You also have to show POF containing the complete tuition + living expenses. This is not the case with RGU

Does it really matter?

It seems you looked at the 'Join family/Settlement' wait time which is 24weeks.-Screenshot 1

That is not your catergory, you are under the Spouse dependant (study) visa category
The standard wait time for study visa application which also covers the dependants in this same category is an average of 3weeks- Screenshot 2.

There is no priority or super priority for dependants.

Bear in mind that this could still take more time as you can see from people on the thread.
