MA got BRP mail yesterday and his application has moved to VAC as well as dependents but no BRP mail for dependents.

Was waiting for everything before updating my post.

I've been given an admission offer since December and the next thing is tuition deposit. So I was asking if I can proceed to tuition deposit payment because I'm planning to use form A or should I still wait since it's still a September intake.

Please initiate the form A process as soon as possible, it is taking longer time now.
For example, first bank is taking about three months, Uba about two months etc.

Yes..already did the sputum test ..well I went for treatment in the past and it was fully gone.. According to IOM, the doctor said there’s always a scar after the treatment of TB which means it will always show on every chest X-ray that the person once had TB and sputum is usually required for someone that has treated Tb in the past also ..I think it’s just to get a perfect result
Wish I knew earlier, would have gone for the Tb test since ..never knew

Thank you so much, today makes it the exact 4th working day & I got the escalation mail this morning that a decision has been made but since that morning it’s still on DMC & hasn’t moved to VAC.
I hope it moves to VAC tomorrow.

So sorry,Administrative reviews takes nothing lesser than 3 months on the average, many go for fresh application(especially if you are certain it's a case working error),only go for AR if you think you have the luxury of time . The waiting is not for the faint hearted o.

When was your bio and was it priority or standard?

Unfortunately I have applied to 6 schools and gotten rejected even though I finished with a 2.1 and have finished my service (NYSC)

I am tired and sad. We are being treated like third class graduates.

Please help me with schools that accept Cotonou graduates,

Hello,

Depending on available time, you can only reapply. Otherwise your best bet will be to defer your admission to next available start term. But avoid using MFBs (Microfinance banks) they are largely inefficient administratively which is why they will hardly respond to external enquiries like from UKVI. It is clearly stated on the Student Visa Guidance that if a bank or financial institution fails to respond to UKVI inquiries about visa applicants, the ECO must refuse the application.

Others should please take away the lesson and avoid MFBs for POF on UK visa application.

As long as the airline fee has been quoted in a foreign currency, Nigeria cards currently are not enabled to make payments in forex exchange because of the Forex crises.

So the recommended solution is to either get someone to pay for you with a Dollar card (same way you paid visa and IHS fees) or book with an airline that quotes their fares in Naira.

The number of working days from Dec 16 to date is about 11. so your wait period is still very normal. If you have not received any NSF, Refusal letter or Interview schedule mail, then you should be hoping for a straightforward decision in the coming days.

Qlife result comes out within 48hrs .
