Hi guys, I'm in need of your help again
I got another notification from cic
They asked me to bring an updated proof of funds (statement of account), the one Initially brought was only valid for 2020 and 2021
But the issue now is the individual that provided Me with statement of account then is no longer co-operating and has refused to help me any further unless I pay an exorbitant amount of money which I don't currently possess
On the other hand my personal account which I've been constantly growing has matured quite heavily total transactions above 50m
Is there any way at all I can change or request for a change and submit my own statement of acct
I need your advise gurus

Don’t even complicate things yourself. My advice is to talk your way through and agree on a reasonable amount with him to get an updated statement. To be candid ur visa is about to be approved. Just provide the updated statement and find your way to Canada

The short answer is yes

You can check previous pages for people who've gotten visas for themselves with their families

1. It’s a red flag for a Master's degree holder to go for an undergraduate diploma. However, it is not impossible to get the study permit approved if you have a strong reason for opting for the program.
2. HND is equivalent to Advanced Diploma. So, let the person apply for a Postgraduate program.

If you are not a recent graduate, VOs expect your program of study to be related to your occupation, not necessarily previous education.

Seyola16:
Goodevening all. Please I need clarity. Is it advisable to apply for Diploma admission (Canada) (2years) in a related field but not thesame course for someone who had Msc degree? Will there be an issue during Visa application after securing admission?

Also is securing Advanced diploma degree in a different field of study a safe landing for HND graduate ? Can there be issues during visa application?

Yes, your spouse can apply for SOWP while you are in Nigeria. She can use your Letter of Introduction and visa to apply, but the school's enrolment letter and study permit strengthen the application.
Accessed:

Thank you very much boss.

Please is it possible to do the SOWP application for my spouse before i leave the country or must i have travelled before the application for my family can be done?

Good day everyone. Is it advisable for a 28yr old Teacher with only NCE to apply for a Bsc ? Or will it be better to apply for a postgraduate diploma?

Yes you can go with your family. But your husband needs to apply for spousal open work permit. The spousal open work permit will allow him to work in Canada.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bullstriker: 3:48pm On Jan 09, 2023
It is a one-year program, and you will be eligible for a one-year PGWP upon completion.
The school can’t add holidays to the duration.
Seyola16:
Please I need help with Fanshawe college. The Graduate certificate programs usually read 1 year duration on a page and again 30/36 weeks duration on another page. Please for those who had secure admission what duration do you have on your admission letter? I am skeptical if these duration issues would not affect SOP/Visa application. Thank you for the help guys

Thank you very much...But on the letter of introduction...the validity is showing Sept 2023, does that matter?...please help
.
If your updated letter of acceptance is for the same program and same college, then all you need to do is inform IRCC via webform using your account and they will reply you and tell you what to do. But if you plan on attending a new college and you are outside Canada then you will need to apply for a new study permit.
NB: if you defer your start date by 150days or more then you need to get an updated letter of acceptance and inform IRCC by uploading the new LOA and sending it to IRCC via your account.

Alot of people have gotten their study permit application approved by paying only the tuition deposit.

Make sure you have enough money in your account, or your sponsors account that covers the balance of your tuition and extra $10000cad/ year for upkeep if school Is outside the Province of Quebec , or $11000cad/year for upkeep if school is inside the Quebec province.
