Hello good morning

I have an iPhone 11pro but its screen was replaced and it’s working fine even after putting screen protector it’s working smoothly. But when I put it in phone case (pouch) it not really responding to touch and when i remove it from the pouch it’s responding perfectly.

I’ve tried different phone pouch but it’s giving me the same problem whenever i try to put it in a pouch


Please what might be the problem and what’s the solution to it thanks

Anyone knows how I can get my Face ID fixed?

It suddenly doesn’t work all the time anymore.

Some days, it works 7/10 while other days, 3/10

I doubt the screen is original but if u have to manage it without pouch just get a protector for the back too.

Why not revisit the Engineer responsible for Screen Replacement for assistant ...
Or get a Gorilla pouch if u must use a.pouch

It fell but wasn’t a hard one, like your phone slipping from your hand onto the ground you’re close to.


I don’t remember anything else happening that could have affected the Face ID

There is all pissibility it will be back to perdect working condition as mention its not completely inactive...
