Do you know me more than I know myself? I said I am antisocial, and I am also an introvert. I didn't need all that lecture. I only shared those information so people will understand why I want to take a can of energy drink every now and then.
It appears you're a rude individual or averse to divergent views. The guy didn't attack your person nor contradict your persona as your perceive it. His submission was for people in this forum or were you seeking validation of your belief ?

Nigerians take a sh#t ton of soda, thus the proliferation of soft and energy drinks in the local market.

I had nothing on energy drinks until a long while back, when I took Monster energy after an exhausting day of work. I woke up with a migraine instead.

Being an introvert is not the same as being antisocial. The difference is usually in the kind of people around whom you're comfortable. If your mind or your nature doesn't carry any kind of social interaction, there's no need to "force it" with alcohol or energy drinks. The ideal thing to do is to find the optimal social environments you can thrive in without chemical enhancement.
Besides energy drinks are also not too good for peptic ulcer patients. There are a lot of mature non alcoholic drinks and wines to choose from

Can you please list matured non alcoholic drinks someone can be taken?

Monster once gave me heart palpitations after taking it 2 days back to back. The sugar and caffeine there are dangerous

Please read the guy's comment again. He was trying to say I don't know what I'm talking about... Trying to say I don't know the meaning of being antisocial and introvered... I simply responded, saying I'm both. Period.

I want to know if energy drinks like Climax, Redbull, Fearless are really that bad. I was advised to reduce my alcohol intake last year April after a serious Ulcer incidence, so I decided to give up alcohol. I haven't taken alcohol since then, but occasionally, I take Climax or Redbull energy drink when I hang out with friends. So, yesterday, when I wanted to order for Climax, this guy seated next to me (a friend of a friend), started talking about how bad energy drinks were. He advised I take juice instead, or Malt. Mind you, this guy was taken raw liquor.

I'm very antisocial, and an introvert. Alcohol always set me in the right mood back in the day, but now that I don't take it, I really don't like how I am when everyone else around me is in high spirit, from taken alcohol, so I decided to take energy drinks once in a while...like just one a week. But I've been hearing about how bad they are. How bad are they really, if one takes just a can a week?
. The first time I drank Fearless there was no problem. The second time I drank it it interfered with my sleep because. It contains a lot of Caffeine. Since then I have not taken it. Your body chemistry determines whether to take it or not.

Energy drinks will really really mess you you up. I am a living witness. If you don't want to develop hypertension or have a sudden cardiac arrest in your youth, flee from energy drinks.

If you want to die from sudden aortic tears with no underlying cause apart from the fact that energy drink made your heart pump ten days worth of blood in 20 seconds. Drink on.

If you want your di.ck to die. Drink on.

If you want to be eternally restless, dependent upon a fix of energy drink at all times to be normal, drink on.

Truly, those drinks are evil, I am a survivor, flee.

Blackbullet too isn't good right ?

Lolzzz.... The guy is only trying to take you back to the alcoholic club. Forget about the advice of taking Malt or juice. Excess Energy drinks are far better than moderate Alcoholic intake.

Okay. I've heard a lot of people say fearless makes them stay up, but personally, I've never had that problem. Maybe cos I don't take energy drinks that much... Probably just once a week, or two times a month.

Energy drink bad pass beer.

Avoid or reduce beer consumption.

Avoid refined SUGAR in any form;
***All soft drinks.
***Malt.
***So called juice.
***Food beverages.

A man drank Energy drink(Bullet) everyday for three years.
He is now dead but not of natural cause.

If you know you know.

The thing is, every time someone tells me energy drink is bad for me, I ask them why, they seem not to always have an answer. It's like they just heard someone say it, and they started repeating it.

2, it got to a point where the energy drinks stopped having effect on my mood. The body will get use to it and want more to get you in the mood. The constant high sugar too will lead to type 2 diabetes. Once in a while i take the zero sugar ones. But that shit is dangerous o

Check the meaning of some words before attributing them to yourself. Antisocial could mean something worse than you think. There are other ways you could describe your temperament.

Anyways, the most dangerous thing about energy drinks is the different ways people mix them with other substances. The chemical composition could be worse than pure drugs and hence may lead to different problems including kidney failure.

Just drink any one you fancy. Don't mix with this or that.

These people are looking for who to kill , heart diseases and diabetes are not cheap diseases to manage
