You will have to certainly provide some sort of evidence from your work place granting you permission to go for your study.

You also know that part of the conditions for licensed institutions ( Uni's and Skilled Workers licensed in particular) is to report the activities and whereabouts of their students and employees to UKVI (Reasons attendance to Uni shouldn't drop and work place has to be aware of any leave granted).

If you have those evidence and you are a genuine student it shouldn't be a problem

First of all let me inform everyone that today is my birthday.

On 19th at midnight, I decided to write a very angry message to UKVI through paid email where I have been receiving same message that my application is awaiting decision.

Then in the morning of 20th, I got a reply that my record shows decision has been made. Na then I come calm down..lol

As God will have it, this morning at exactly 8:29am, my BRP Email dropped along with that of my dependant partner showing our visas were approved on 19th January.

As you can see from my half way testimony, my application was priority and bio was since Dec 20th.

Now the real deal is this...my course started January 9 and the last date for arrival is 23rd January which is tomorrow.

But I am not afraid because I was updating my school, both the International student Administration team and my course director. And they have extended my arrival date exceptionally.

I expect to get my passport back on or before Wednesday and travel over the weekend.

My programme Director was the first to contact about why I hadn't registered. Both by call or email.

However most schools have their staff details on their websites including email and phone contacts.

Check the relevant section of your school website. Most likely on the departmental page

you will require a transit visa to use air france. so unless you have a schengen visa or passport of an EU country, USA visa ....you cant use that flight

You seem to be quite concerned about stopping at Heathrow,is there a reason??

A quick google search wil help narrow down flights that you can use, you can see if a transit visa is needed or not and where your POE will be, then you can send an email/ call the airline to book if go through the airline websites

As advised, I went for screening at QLife today and examination finding shows: Normal Finding and I was asked to come for result on Wednesday!

Pls is this how they operate here?

IOM actually asked me to do sputum test the same day I did the screening and result takes 10weeks!

MA is my wife and we are about to apply for visa. We both went for TB test at IOM today. I was cleared of the test but my was wasn't because she had surgery at a tender age of pneumonia.

Doc said she has to do sputum test for 3 days and the result won't be out until 10 weeks! and deadline for sch resumption is February 20th.

I told the doc that if she has TB, will I not have been infected with our children for the 9 years we have been dwelling together. She said that's the clinic rules.

Does anyone know how long it takes qlife clinic to give test result of xray and sputum for TB?

You can still message them to ask if they have any space for January or check the Facebook group of your school to see if anyone is selling their space. It’s always better to try and I’ve seen some people on Reddit successful with this method. Good luck 👍🏽

1. Bank statement if it shows the same address as her husband's.
2. Bank statement highlighting money transfers between them.
3. Pictures - during the dating stages and from the wedding. This is to show that even though you haven't lived together or been married for 2 years, you had a genuine relationship before then.
4. Chat history showing clearly the MA and dependant's numbers. This should be from as far back as possible.
5. Wedding IVs, if you have them.
6. Voter's card, if the address is updated to same address as the husband's.
7. Any joint investments.
8. Any joint accounts.
9. If the wife has done any newspaper publication, this should be included. Even though this isn't compulsory with UKVI, it can serve a form of evidence in this situation that the marriage is genuine.
10. A cover letter detailing the marriage/relationship to show that the marriage isn't up to 2 years old but is valid.

Also I was told to make payment within 28days to secure my admission and according to the person I texted told me I should have registered for form A nothing less then 5weeks ahead before she can do anything, please which other way can I make the payment aside from flywire because their rate is too high and domain account will take days to process which I don’t want to risk.
