Please I need a honest answer on this issue. If one is in f4 category. I mean your sibling petitioned for u. Can your older children be derivatives? I mean at the time your petition is current, your children are older then 21years, can they still be derivates or you will need to apply for them when u become a citizen

Yes, but you have to do the CSPA calculation first.

Hi… we’re also in the waiting line, but f2a. The last tome any f category was scheduled an interview was in October 2022 and they currently stopped at DQ Mrch 23rd 2020. The wait is really frustrating but what can one do? We’re looking forward to the President’s executive order for no interviews for f categories from April, even tho its an uncertainty. It still gives me hope.

And yes, I’ve also gotten my 16th 60days email sad

I was thinking F2A being current all the time helped you guys. Child of an LPR? US immigration is highly broken and erratic and irregular.,.as govt pampers law breakers instead.

This is very frustrating. I would have been in the same boat with you guys but I was in the US when I got my approval so I just adjusted status. We’ll just keep praying that they answer y’all soon. Also I’m new at commenting so I don’t know if I’m replying to this comment from the right place.

Join Nigeria/America green card group on Facebook for more information. Seems like you're IR5 .....I think they are at around September 2021 DQ. I would say your dad has about 1 year to go.

They are on March 2020 for F1. To give you an understanding of the situation, in Oct 22 they gave F1 DQ early March IL. Again in Feb 23, they gave F1 DQ late March IL. So you see how slow they've been.
