Most likely WAEC never released a result for him in those subjects, cos he didnt sit for those exams and/or there were irregularities in his submissions

All these questions are long settled.

Two Court of Appeal judgements foreclosed this issue and exonerated him from Certificate Forgery.

The Principal admitted that the Registry in the school made those administrative errors but can confirm that Adeleke indeed attended the school from 1976-1981. (He testified in Court in 2018)

WAEC also confirmed that Adeleke indeed sat for WASSCE but only for one subject: English Language which was Fatai mesan. (WAEC also testified in Court)

The Osun High Court exonerated him of forgery, and this was upheld by the Appeal Court in Akure.

2 APC Chieftains went on with the suit at the FCT High Court and the Court said he wasn't qualified. He appealed and the Court of Appeal, Abuja cleared him and absolved him of forgery.

Two of the Judges on the panel at the Appeal Court in Abuja are now in the Supreme Court.

Then later on, Ekiti was created out of Ondo and you geographically fell into Ekiti, when you go to your Secondary School to pick your Testimonial, which State do you think will appear there?

Did you call the ischool that issued the certificate to come and testify as your witness before the Tribunal? The constitution says if yiu are accused of forgery the onus lies on the respondent to prove his innocence. Did you do this? So the conclusion of the majority judgement is in order.

When he wanted to recontest, why didn't he ask the school to issue another certificate?

Adeleke did not know how to even lie, he is not smart thinker at all. How did the school wrote Osun state instead of Oyo state when Osun state has not even exist then. The judges are not fools like You, the issue of mistake can only hold water if the certificate is sign by recent principle or head teacher. But in a situation where the certificate was signed by principal that exist when Osun state is not yet existing at all. That is a clear indication of certificate forgery and jail should even be added to that verdict.
