Yes..if your visa is still valid. If not, you’re going to need a valid visa to come back

1. It wasn't very outstanding as I would want it.

2. It would narrow my options. Using my M.Sc. would mean I'd have to stick to just one area of specialization; and most of the schools don't have that area. With just my B.Sc. I could easily choose any area of specialization and easily get away with it.

Your reasons are very true which applicants must take with all seriousness when applying to the US schools. They are always concerned about your last or recent scores. My masters grade (60%) had been described low despite having 4 point in my first degree when I demanded for reason for rejection. Unless you can write a strong and convincing SOP to cover the deficiency

Yeah, you can still apply and be lucky with fundings but priority deadline has pasted since January 1.

You can post these questions on google and do some research after you have gotten some schools that fit your profile . I think you can then ask the guru if the schools you have selected are okay or not. First of all, search google, and also,chibertha dropped a link to schools some time ago, you can check pages 170-195 of this thread for the link

He can actually get a date without his I_20. Check page 210_219 of this thread. Please accept the offer. You can always reject an offer when you dream school comes but an offer may not wait for long.

Financial aid doesn't require you to pay back… but loan does. Make sure you seek for clarification from your advisor or financial aid office.

I no go say i tire o. I applied for this one particularly with the hope of application fee waiver. No decision on application fee waiver and no final decision also since Late December

Also, for those that applied to MTU, have you guys heard anything from them? I am unable to track my application and the last email I got from them was on December 6, 2022, telling me my application is with the program, since then I have not heard anything from them, and the graduate coordinator never responds to emails.
