House, pls I'm confused. A friend of mine wants to send me lump sum into my personal company account. But I want to send the money from my company account to my savings account which I want to use for proof of fund. I don't intend to provide my company account statement. Pls I need advice on better ways to go about it. Though I will submit the CAC documents. Secondly, I have another company that has good amount of money in it which I also want to use as proof of fund but the problem now is that I'm not the only shareholder of the company. And I can't just send money into my personal account. Though I'm the signatory to the account. How do I defend that? Do I need to write to my coshareholder telling her my intention to travel? Note that I'm self sponsored. |

Hi bros! Please, I need some advice on this. How does MBS work? I downloaded but they're all protected with password. Yes, I opened it after entering the password, but after saving and closing them, it still required password to open again, and the cycle continues. How does one unprotect it after saving inorder to use it for uploading as POF? Again, since these statements drop at the end of each banking month, does it mean I'll still go to the bank to request for a paper statement of recent transactions if I want to print before the end of the month or so... (let's say like 15th, 21st...) Thanks and God bless. emmyoddy: |

Horlarjummie:Tbh this situation seems quite complicated and it might have probably have been best for you to apply alone and then have him join you later. As of now I don't really know what kind of "help" that can be offered to you. All you can probably do at the moment is wait and see. As for your husband, were you with him 2018 personally or is this what he told you? because you won't even be allowed entry to the building without a biometrics appointment and your name will have to be on the printout at the gate. Like I said you probably just have to wait and then deal with any issues that come up |

From my young exp: 1. You will need to show your company account statement that will explain the fund source. Maybe you could send it to your Dad or Mom and have them send it to your account. You will make a gift deed for this. 2. I have a similar situation. How I am doing it, do a board resolution that the company will sponsor you for the program. Then an affidavit of sponsorship may be sworn by the most senior member of the company like the board chair to that effect. danherb: |

Horlarjummie:Hi Jummie, Please do you know why the UK application was refused? As for the Canada application, it seems they have your hubby's biometrics that is why you can see his, it will be better to add an LOE to state that though he tried to apply for VV in the past he abandoned the process due something like work related change etc. This will be like him claiming ignorance of the process, however I must state that this will be a 50/50 chance because we can not tell what IRCC have at the back end for him. |

Ucy12:When you request for MBS , you select the period the statement will cover, the passcode is sent to your email which is what you send to the embassy, they use that passcode to access the statement from the portal deployed to them. |
