It is all part of the Tinubu/El Rufai/Ganduje/Oshiomhole shenanigans. Some people have already informed the nation days back about the plan to orchestrate riots across the North and South West.

Now we can see the plan being hatched.

My fellow Nigerians, the only way your money will not turn to paper is to vote Tinubu, If you miss that opportunity, your money has gone

Vote Tinubu for president

The Igbos collectively hate Tinubu and I don't know why, it's like there is something they are not telling us because Tinubu is not the richest person in this nation neither is he the only politician with embezzled money, the Peter Obi they are dying for embezzled money and left the state worse off whereas Tinubu embezzled money and left the state in prosperity. Tinubu created jobs while Peter Obi took away jobs. I'm very sure this country will regress if selfish and stingy Peter Obi wins.

Chaos in Mile 12, Lagos as hoodlums riot over scarcity of new Naira notes

There was unrest in Mile 12, Lagos State as hoodlums ri%ted over the scarcity of new Naira notes.

In Mile 12, Lagos state, hoodlums have started rioting because there aren’t enough new Naira notes in circulation. On the Mile 12 road, the hoodlums were spotted telling drivers to turn around as they gathered to launch their demonstration.

Makesense Media reports gathered that, The burning of tires on the road, however, has generated tension in the region, and people were spotted fleeing for their lives. As everyone attempts to reach safety, traffic is backed up along the route as a result.

the bolded just seems very lazy to me. Using myself as an example, I have spent all old notes since Jan 31. I had 7000 new notes handy, as at this morning it is 4000. Virtually everything I buy I pay with transfer. So that man does not have internet banking, his wife doesn't have, his child doesn't have and they all collectively don't want to have or what. My conclusion is the man is either lazy, stubborn, loves stress or all of the above. The only things I have spent cash on are petty things that my people for house ask money for maybe to buy small tins in the area AFTER i have returned home. As of this week even those petty things in the street have been bought with TRF. Abegi. The only one that I agree will be a challenge is for those who don't have a car to move around with, paying tfare thru TRF can be tricky not all this talk about money in the account but no money to feed. That is wack.

I agree. Palmpay has never failed me not for one day. The same ppl telling u they don't take transfer ask them to drop account for give away and they will agree to take transfer. This problem is just pure illiteracy, the vast majority of the population has grown to believe school nah scam and dangote didn't go to school, the Ibo boys bragging how they didn't go to school but are successful in business and this is the result of it. If everyone is accepting transfer there will be no riot whatsoever.

Some Nigerians are not smart ...adaptation is part of life..the good news is that he has the fund in his account . He can be creative by getting his banking apps or using his atm card to transfer to online apps like opay , kuda or palmpay . He can transfer 100k to those account and call it expenses account . This is how I have been running my life ...get the o line banking app atm or transfer directly to wherever you wanna buy stuff. I went to egbeda market bought some stuff and directly transfer to the market woman account ...I left there to an igbo man food stuff shop ...infact he only collect transfer or pos ...I did the needful.and took my rice and other stuff from there . Coming home I enter a supermarket bought beverages and transfer...

I don't know why someone with 800k will allow himself to suffer cos he can't get cash ...let him be creative

Dey play. With all the monies I have in my various online apps, I was unable to buy common vegetables yesterday because they wouldn't accept transfer.
On a normal day, I don't even keep up to 10k in cash, but at least if we're going cashless, we should be able to get the little cash we need to complement. Don't forget that as of today, no economy in the world is cashless in the real sense. They still use cash for some transactions and it's available when needed.
If cash withdrawal is going to be restricted to 5k daily, fine, make it available.
I repeat, this policy is heading our fragile economy to only one direction, doom!

Tinubu is not Buhari, we have a track record we are backing on, what track record does Peter Obi have, any right thinking person will not vote him unless you have signed up for suffering, if Peter Obi should win it will be because God is still angry with Nigeria.

Two men and two visions for the future!

Recently, Governor Soludo told Vice President Yemi Osinbajo that erosion has taken over 40% of Anambra State while requesting for Federal Government help.

Anambra is the same state a man governed for 8years where he was saving money in bank while erosion destroyed lives and ravaged the people. A man who was governor of that state for 8 years and did nothing to combat erosion is now telling us to give him Nigeria to run. Erosion problem that has taken over 40% of a state is certainly not a problem that started 8years ago.

Another man was governor when Atlantic ocean surge was destroying a prime part of his state and threatening to wash away Victoria Island. It was a perennial annual problem that defied solution and palliatives decades before this other man became governor in 1999. He sat down and conceived a better and permanent solution on how to turn a huge liability to asset. He constructed 8 kilometres seashore protection, invited private sector partner and reclaimed 10 million square metres from sea to build a new city called Eko Atlantic City - a brand new city that has been described as one of the civil engineering wonders of the world.

Between these two men who seek to be President of Nigeria, who offers a better vision for governing a society and solving human problems? The one who saved money in bank while people perish or the one who saved lives, properties and created wealth for people?

How many central bank is in a state, no be one? so everyone in the state should go and queue to just that one?

And why are you telling us to part way with the old notes, when their is no new ones

Apparently, you agreed with me that monies can be deposited with the CBN against your earlier claim that the monies will be useless.

The thing is you can choose to deposit your monies next month or next year since the apex bank is yet to give any deadline for the old notes deposition.

While the issues of distance to the CBN is legitimate, those with licit funds have nothing to worry about their monies becoming useless.

Why are you people so tribalistic and demonic?

Your SW is declining into chaos ( you guys are embarrassed because after all the monkery of SE for voting Buhari now you guys are the ones bearing the brunt of his high handedness instead of facing him you are dragging Igbos into it) you are here making uninformed sweeping statement of people whose majority of them you have neither lived with or interviewed to hear their view.
