Rivers state election was clearly manipulated but I don't think it had anything to do with Apc. Apc don't need Rivers. Wike is just desperately trying to show Atiku fire. They should have told Wike to ignore.
On the other hand they also tried to humiliate Wike too. They brought police from Jada, Atiku's hometown to oversee Rivers and bvas failed to verify Wike and his wife leaving him embarrassed. I guess he got pissed and went all out. But this will taint Apc's well earned victory
