Please read my post carefully i said more than 6 months not 6 months as turn over times are taking forever.
This is the 7th month and my triplets still do not have their British passports.Yes situations are different but just letting you know what home office is up to.
Durham and Peterborough have crazy workload so even outsourcing so say you apply and visa expires while you there,that sort of makes you status less but you can ask if there are exceptions before you apply.

I have 2yrs visa on my passport,I just receive it just last week so I just want to start processing the spouse visa. I have my IELTs A1 exam I wrote the exam last year December is it still valid ?

She would require the same documents as a standard visitor so;Valid international passport,letter of Invitation and/or proof of accommodation and proof of funds.

You did not mention if you have a job and even if you did can only work a set of hours so the funds might not be significant enough for you to sponsor her.

Yes a British citizen. Have applied for 6months visa 3 times and I got my 2yrs just last week, on the visa it says duration 180days,through all my visit have never overstay

Hello guys, I was recently refused uK partner visa. My husband is already in the uK, we made silly mistake in the bank statement. We want to start another pof now, the money is in my account including his school fee balance, maintenance and my maintenance fee too. I have the right figure now. My question is hope it’s safe for all the money to be in my account.

Or would you suggest we raise the money and put in her acct for pof? She doesn’t have a job so she can’t show payslip. Would that be advisable? Raising the money and putting in my mum’s acct.

Although i was born here, i live and work here, but i am wondering if that's even possible to use a different passport to reapply or i should just use my Nigerian passport like i did the first time. Please i need advice. I know there are so many questions here that need answers, please don't skip mine. Thanks a lot

I just arrived UK on a dependant visa with the MA and a 7years old son. What are the steps to take concerning:
(1) Getting a school for my boy.
(2) Opening a bank account.
(3) Applying and getting jobs.
(4) Idea about other things I need to do or put in place.
(5) I am a medical doctor. How do I go about the application for OET or IELTS, PLAB 1 and PLAB 2?

Am not a good writer so bear with me. Am planning to apply for UK visit visa soon, my salary account statement is what I will be using to apply, earn close to 450k and I spend between 200k to 250k every month. I do pay for some little things From that same account. And I married with a kid and my wife is pregnant as well. So gurus in the house what are my chances. Thanks

ur disposable income at this time would now be about 200k.. do you have bulk savings? how long have u worked?

the money in my account is about 900k. Have been working for about 7 years.

it will be small, considering you should have funds to conveniently sponsor your trip + funds for after your trip which you must have as you are not expected to clear your account because of tourism
