please i would love to ask if it is okay to do court marriage in APRIL when applying for dependant visa for September

Traditonal marriage has been done since 3 years but we need to make it legal through court

Hope dependant Visa will not be rejected because of the new marriage certificate.

It is OK but you will need to have enough proof to back the Certificate up. e.g. Pictures, Tenancy agreement or contract carrying your names,
Investment between both parties among others.

You can check the front page or check UKVI website

No.. Once you pay your 2k deposit, you will be eligible for CAS

Wow. Very nice school. Just coming back from their website and I noticed they have a lot of scholarship one can apply to at least one will hope to get a scholarship or discount for tuitionreduction.

There's no percentage.. Like I said your remaining 10K will be split into 7 installments.

The City is OK but be looking for house now ooooo, Jobs no too dey here like that compared to Newcastle cause the city is 1Hr:30mins train or less by Bus from Newcastle.

And also thanks for ur response, I may equally need to verify from anyone with information regarding livelihoods in Cirencester, I.e job/work offers, accommodation and having to hustle at Royal Agricultural University. Ok don’t want a university that will now make me 100% academia ooh. My wife need to eat back home. Lol 😂

Just to add to this;
- Bank address should be changed to match the address of the MA
- Medical report too, a payment receipt from hospital with your names eg if she's pregnant and you registered antenatal

I read somewhere that pictures count for little.

-Send a free email to IHSrefunds@homeoffice.gov.uk after the 6th week. IHS refunds for withdrawals may take up to 6 weeks. The amount is supposed to reflect on the card that you used to make the payment, so check that it is not expired.
-The entry clearance guidance states that each case is reviewed on its own merit. Although an adverse immigration history could affect your future decisions. However, call UKVI or speak to a seasoned immigration specialist about the possible outcomes.

Good morning house,

I made a UK Tier 4 Visa Application in December 2022. Had my biometrics on 24th December and paid for priority service.
I used my brother's bank statement as proof of funds and everything else was intact. I indicated in the form that my father was late and that was why my brother is paying for my tuition and upkeep.
On 20th January, 2023, they wrote back and requested my father's Death Certificate and Legal proof that my brother is my legal guardian.
Unfortunately, we didn't file a death certificate when our father died and we were unsure of what legal proof was required to show my brother was taking care of me. On 7th February, I contacted them via call and subsequently via email to withdraw my visa application since I did not have the requested documents and I had ran out of time to report to school. My passport was returned on 14th February without a decision. However today, 14th March I still have not received an IHS refund(This is week 4 of passport return).
1. Do I write to request an IHS refund on withdrawn application? If so, how do I go about it?
2. In submitting a new application after requesting a new CAS, do I just transfer the adequate funds into my own bank account for 28 days and remake my application?
3. Can my visa be refused based on my previous withdrawal?

Yes it’s Sheffield Hallam university I was given an admission around February I thought it was the initial 1k but they increased there fee for this September

If your passport is in process, you can apply to some schools but they will only place you on conditional offer until you are able to present your passport...with NIN ? Big No

Wow. I have offer to one school before and about paying the deposit but I have started application to Sussex already. God willing I pray to get an offer as soon as possible.
