My mom spends more especially when everyone knows she's the only person you can approach and cry to, she would gladly give you everything just so you can smile(hence the 80k).🤣🤣🤣
Popsy on the other hand, my dear na no go area cos shishi you no go see even if you cry blood( can't be manipulated hence the 20k because he wouldn't spend it)
I wish I'm more like my popsy sha☹️

Probably because he has spent everything he has on house rent, school fees, transportation and given the rest to mom for housekeeping, until the next salary cycle.
Some of you will not understand the dynamics of being a father, especially the salary earners, in the typical African society.

70k for the one who is most financially dependent. 30k for the one who is less- financially dependent.

But in a home where the man is taxed for every financial need of the home, he gets 70k even if he earns more money than the wife does. If the mother is the one taxed for every financial need of the home, she gets 70k irrespective of whether she earns more than the father or not.

This is not about love. It is about responsibility. But if you choose to call it love, I am still right because love without prudence and rationality is either hate or stupidity. Do not give your parents money according to how you love them. Give them money because they need it. So, even if you hate your parents, you are still obligated to give them money. Therefore, give them money according to their needs and your financial capacity, not according to how you love them.

Nah, I'm an only child and my dad doesn't live in a rented apartment either. My mom has her money so she basically does everything except when she feels she doesn't want to.
Everyone knows my dad to be prudent with money right from inception hence they go through momsy or me if they ever need anything from him.
He doesn't spend the money, mom still sends me money, all I need do is ask but as for popsy we go quarrel as cowives first before he would release 1kobo to you😊.
Na only me sabi how to collect money for im hand.
He's never a spender right from time, even granny confirmed it.

My father is late.

Sharing formula will be mother 30k.

70k to motherless children's home in memory of my father.

May his generous soul continue to rest in peace.

Dad 70k mum 30k. The 70k doesn't mean I love my dad more. the whole of the 70k is going to my family because my father don’t joke with his wife and children.
A responsible father is expected to be given more anytime because they end up spending it on the family.
