Very tribalistic people. No blame them sha. Their lands are too tiny, hence their level of hostility to outsiders.

I have never seen a Fulani person coming to pay rent for his family to stay.

They want a small piece of land and they will construct a wooden house.
Five hundred people will accommodate themselves causing problems to the community.

In bayelsa Aritalin street a piece of land is carrying more than 300 of them . One day handle light caused fire out break in their wooden house.

They carried only their mats and radio.

Pay and get a flat. Not to carry more than 50 people in a room.

I'm not being nationalist (there is nothing called tribalism cos Nigeria is not a nation but a coming together of nation; Yoruba is a nation, Igbo is a nation, and they are not tribes). It seems to me you don't know the Fulani people. They pretend they know nothing at first, but they will launch their attack at any opportunity they have to their host. They are all the same.

All you wrote here is about igbo men who once had it but fell from grace to grass , grace to grass happens , The entire igbo race experienced a grace to grass during the civil war , today we are doing well , no ethnic group in Nigeria will experience what Igbos experienced and bounce back to reach these level of success it's in our blood , no condition is permanent
Every ethnic group in Nigeria faced d war not only lgb0s, u are not in tune with history, the minor tribes u hatched into Biafra sûffèrèd more than lgb0s, lgb0s even contributed majorly to their afflictions.
I gave u example of lgb0s who fell from grace because u were talking like all lgb0s are successful while other tribes are not with example about lgb0s expanding their business in 20 years while others remain stagnant in 20 years, I had to give examples of lgb0s who deteriorated in time too.
My car washer is an lgb0 man, I have known him as a car washer since 2009.
He is still a carwasher till date and will most likely die a car washer, his son is also a car washer, I know lgb0s who parboil rice in our rice mill, I grew up seeing them do that.
Riches and pôverty is not peculiar to any tribe, the average lgb0 strive to make money because money is what the lgb0s use in valuing themselves, for d Hausas it's not so, for d Yorûbas it's also not so.
In d lgb0 society, the eldest son can be excommunicated from his family because his poor and the youngest can he exalted above the eldest because he is rich, it is not so in Hausa and Yoruba societies, an elder is an elder.

Have you asked yourself what kind of accommodation they are asking for, In Igboland, the largest population aside from Igbos are the Hausa/Fulanis, and they make a living like any other Nigerians. The ones complaining are the herders who want free land for grazing, all they do is trespass on people's land forgetting that trespass on people's properties is a criminal offense in the Nigerian constitution. In Igboland, the majority of land 99% is owned by people there is nothing like free land in Igboland. If they want to be "accommodated" it is up to them to find someone selling land, buy or rent and establish a ranch. Southeast doesn't have sambisa.

From time immemorial, Fulani herdsmen have inhabited the forests and bushes. At present, nothing has really changed.

They do not live in homes, they rather build huts for temporary residence.

So, when have fulani herdsmen started seeking for accommodation? Even if they do, they should be able to pay for the cost of rentage or purchase. Frankly, they may not be able or willing to afford it.

Igbo people buy plots of land and houses all over the country. We see Nigeria as a global village, whereas the fulanis or many members of other tribes hardly crawl out of their own area.

Any member of any tribe who can and is willing to buy land or house is free to do it.

Even here in Abuja, people of different tribes have been all bought lands and built, except them. Natives refuse selling to them because of the way they behave. It's just a safety precaution. Not hate.

However, it shouldn't continue like that. Understanding should be reached to have them accepted like every other person.

Dem no born them well. I once stayed in one of the communities, and I can tell you that those communities don't tolerate nonsense. For over a year that I stayed, the only cattle that I saw were for the indigenes and those cattle and the employed herders were careful not to tresspass.

Ok o. You know how these bastards operate. They will first cry that they are being oppressed and then resort to murder. I don't know whether it's by force to rent house to tenant. After years of commiting atrocities , they still believe people should look away and embrace them. Like I said, an attack is imminent. They will try it.

Lol, see projection! Is it a sign of your "non-bigotry" that you leapt to the assumption these herdsmen were unreasonably demanding free accommodation?

The difference between me and you is that I've actually lived in different regions all across the country enough to draw facts from my own personal experiences. It is more common than uncommon for herdsmen or Fulani men to live in unconventional housing units. without paying the owner of the land. It is understandable that a person like you isn't exposed to the world enough to know this fact. This is why people like you are recommended to travel out and leave your village.

This is the exact same complaint made by Yoruba landlords about renting to Igbos. It must be a sign of that "non-bigotry" of yours that you rush to make the very accusation against Fulani herdsmen that you hate when made in your direction ...

There's almost zero evidence to back up such claims. We could play a game of facts where you and I drop resources, articles, studies, and other hard evidence and see who comes out the fool. I stay in Lagos (presently. Although I travel alot like I already stated). I've never known an Igbo man to violently act out due to being kicked out of a place they were occupying rent free? If you were being truthful to yourself, at least you'd know how ludicrous if not laughable your claims are. If at all they are even true, it would not be up to a a fraction of the rate at which Yoruba squatters live and are evicted from uncompleted structures.

You say "non Yorubas/Hausas", but the truth is that their problem is with Igbos, for the very same reasons you find acceptable when Fulani herdsmen are the targets. The all too common claim made by Yoruba landlords is of how Igbos are all sweet and light before they are given accommodation, but they turn into obstinate, inconsiderate deadbeats as soon as they are taken onboard. It's an absolute certainty that the Yoruba landlords have a lot more evidence to back their position than you do against Fulanis, seeing as there are far many more Igbos looking for housing in Yorubaland than there are Fulani herdsmen seeking accommodation in Igboland. You're nothing but another brazenly hypocritical Igbo tribalist.

Like I said, you should leave your village once in a while. Anyone worth his or her salt would laugh at this last statement. Having lived in the east, the South South, the north and the West. You just make me laugh. Just four years ago, I spent a year in Asaba. The number of Yorubas there alone is at least 10% of the population. Enough so that many of the officials in the ministry and local governments are Yorubas. Asaba, being an Igbo state, mind you. And yes, any one who've even travelled through Asaba can attest to the number of Hausa/fulanis that can either be found by the road side or living rent free in shacks (mostly scrap yards where iron works are fabricated).

You're just another laughable simpleton bigot texting from the comfort of his forgotten village and nothing more.

No ethnic group can bounce back to be successful as the Igbos if they experience same thing during the civil war , the Igbos are the ones who were killed all over Nigeria with everything they had looted , the Igbos are the ones who got their properties siezed even in the so called minority people you talk about ,

Yeah you gave me examples of Igbos who fell from grace to grass, and I repeat the entire igbo race fell from grace to grass during the the civil war at the end of that war Igbos were the poorest ethnic group in Nigeria, today we are successful doing better than those tribes that killed and looted us all over Nigeria ,

The carwasher story and the parboil rice story can be fictional I don't believe it , everyone is igbo to Yoruba people ,

Of course we value wealth in igboland , every igbo man must strive to be honored amongst it's men amongst his people , we believe all men are equal and capable of archiving anything that's why we give honor to those who achieve it doesn't matter the age

But this is the bottom line , everyone rent and sell lands to Igbos it's a fact we pay higher than the normal price , most people do it out of hate , once they notice it's an igbo they increase rent , I have lived in different states in Nigeria I know what I'm talking about

It's so funny how you yorubas forget that the Igbos bring development anywhere they go while the Fulani herdsmen bring choas and man slaughter anywhere they go to, they don't even pay for the lands, they are given for free and they turn back and kill yours sons and rape your daughters. I will never accommodate a Fulani herdsman in my property, it's death on my conscience to that.
As for Soludo he can't even give them land he knows that, Anambra no be Imo state.
