Question :

Fidelity bank announced last year that they will be doing Private placement.

Price of this PP was not announced. When are they going to announce?

Why are they doing PP? To raise funds? What is the funds for? To support Tier 1 Capital or for working capital or both?

We wait to see.

I think they did the PP in order to comply to the CAMA regulation. I get the questions though. Let's wait for who has the answers.

Automation will always eliminate some type of jobs but will always create new type of jobs both directly and indirectly.
Yes, it replaces a large number of low-level laborers with a smaller, more skilled workforce.

In agriculture, Apples, tomatoes, grapes are still picked by hands by some companies in Europe despite using mechanised farming for the planting. No automation!

Why? Because they don't want blemishes or marks on the apple. Those ones with marks, they ship to Africa.

He doesn't understand that it is not all about low level jobs.

Some jobs are repetitive and humans breakdown doing that. Example was what he mentioned about Amazon Robots. These are huge repetitive jobs.

Elon making Tesla 75% automated knows that he can't put machines everywhere. Even those points where machines are doing the jobs still have humans doing the jobs of checking the machines for accuracy.
People value handmade jobs due to details.

Almost every part of Rolls-Royce are Handmade, except the paintwork.

I think everyone is going after dividend.
Fidelity shock investors with 0.35k last time.
I think 0.4O to 0.45k is in the cooking.
I planning to enter @5 or below, but the buying pressure scattered by game
