Are you educated enough to understand MDGs and what it's improvement mean to the people or should I wait for educated people to comment

What did the MDG do and how did it affect the people's lives

Many Anambra people were complaining bitterly about the useless performance of Obi as governor

No lies..

In my home community, every registered member, whether home or abroad pays N3,600 for security levy annually..
In times past, we contributed to buy transformer to electrify our community, the fencing of our central school was done by us..

A lots of projects that the government (FG, SG & LG) should have done are been carried out by most of southeasterners in their various communities..
Truth..

There is occassional withholding of palm fruit harvest from owners by the community, in other to generate funds to tackle one or two projects.

An average Igbo community is more of an Egalitarian society.

who needs your feelings? South East has the lowest poverty index in Nigeria according to the Bureau of Statistics. Send your feelings to your brothers who are doing agbero work to survive.

one thing that baffles me abt other tribe is how they tend to see the agberos in lagos and tag them to be the entire yorubas.....

cos say you see agbero for lagos no me say all yorubas are agberos .....there are agberos in the east too....

and for the topic.....it will be fair to say that the igbos are not the only ones tired of this myopic democracy in Nigeria....

every well meaning Nigerian want good governance and a good life

The title of this thread is misleading. This post above is exactly what the author wants to achieve.

"Most Nigerians, especially those from that part of the Southeast" cannot be interpreted as Southeasterners

Gave anambra the best public education and health system in Nigeria

Wonder why Anambra are always top in any quality of life index ?

That's called human capital development

But you can't understand ...u want to see unsustainable project like cocoa house that generates zero revenue and have zero impact on the life of the people

Abians as stakeholders in this renewal have to see the process through.
They have successfully broken the vicious cycle of misgovernance by ejecting the government in power for all of the 5th Republic.
But elections is not the end of the matter, just the beginning of the second part, the part of advocacy.
Holding the new government by the balls figuratively and compelling them on a day by day basis to govern in the interest of the people.

In democracy there are no pleasant relationships.
It is hardwork by government and a hard battle by the people.
There will be blood, sweat and tears to get the State going.

Warn your new government.
That the broom stick that chased the first wife away remains at hand.
Government must fear and respect the people to succeed ultimately.

Because their side did not win

From 1999-2015, and from 1999-2023, Hausas and Yourbas respectively lost faith in governance.

The problem I have with NOI's comment is simple. Nigerians have not lost faith in governance, but they are angry that their side has lost out on the national cake sharing.

Nigerians better stop believing in the fantasy called national cake, then things will work in this country.

P.S Tinubu winning does not mean Yourba land will develop, by the way.
When have you ever heard them shouting it's our turn or eastern president
You people keep making this inept election a tribal thing
Well enjoy
