If you received one in the last 3months, wait till after 3month. Is that the status for you?

No, wasn't done by any agent, am a DIY frm time. No online application then though still same None appearance. Can you guide on how to start with the application now.

12 years ago I would think applications were done online, therefore, I imagine you have experience on about that and how to do that and not need a guide, or was that done by an agent?

I own an Automobile company and coy is registered & active on CAC. I planned to use my personal statement with the application instead of the company acct. Does using the personal SoA a good idea ? Moreso, I need guide on how to submit my application online, with keep my passport option. Is it after the Visa is approved that they would request for passport to be submitted?

After approval, Yes.
Why not take your time to read through the page backwards to arm yourself with requisite informations.

People keep dropping same questions here all the time, when they can just do some research.

limit must not exceed 4kusd. Do you have a corresponding pound account?
In other words, you can request from 0 - 4000.
I am sure you know, you can not receive everything in cash. so where would the rest monies paid to?

Like i said, seek further advisory from your bankers.

Maximum PTA is now US$ 2,000.
Reduce if over this sum or check is you applied before

How true. Because i initiated a pta request in March , i was allowed 4kusd. I am not in doubts tho, i will verify with my account officer and correspond.

I recently travelled out of UK (last week) to Nigeria to attend to something personal. I intend to travel back to UK next month and return in June (will book a return ticket) but my passport will expire in August 23, 2023.

Note: I still have a valid visa till next year January.

I would like to ask if I can travel to UK with my Nigerian passport which will expire in August 2023.

Someone applied for a visa similar scenario, but the business already existed before the company registered it officially with CAC the ECO misinterpreted it as a false claim. Mind you; he was just a staff and not the CEO.

I would always advise against using a new registration for travel purposes, especially now that refusal letters fly left and right.

In the same way, it isn't easy getting a grant with a new registration.

Is your mom married? Do you have other siblings in Nigeria?? I haven't followed up on your case if she is a fresh applicant. There are other ties you can work with since I believe I read somewhere you mentioned she is a retiree. Using that CAC as the only tie-back to Nigeria won't fly at this time.

It might not be an issue - as any reasonable person might guess that it was an innocent error. However, if it does become an issue, you will blame yourself.I suggest you start another application.

I think you can still edit the application if you haven't summited and paid.

You made the right choice. I'm 95% certain they'd have used that against you, as the most important factor in your visa application is your financial circumstance.

On a sponsor' letter being issued we have this written as follows:

XYZ Limited is sponsoring this vacation as her employment benefits includes an all expense-paid annual vacation. The sponsorship covers flight ticket, hotel cost, local transport allowance and upkeep.


The total estimated cost is already on the application form. Is it necessary to also include the amount for each support on the letter? Or the total on the form can be put in parenthesis here. Or it can be left as it is?

Good morning. You need to fill an online form for each member of your family. Nothing like "joining" anybody together. You'll fill a form and pay for each person. Then get a date. As a family, you should apply together so ensure you get the same date for your biometric. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hian...this error might be overlooked by the eco as being superfluous but if dey find things are not adding up in your application. They will add it as one of the excuses to deny him

You are welcome. Either works really. When my children were younger, I used my email address for all of them. So, you can use one email address for everyone.
