@Sundayid paid me for a PC and by the time he could finish up on the payment, the PC had been sold because it wasn't mine directly, i updated him about it and offered him available alternatives but none seemed to meet his spec
So I offered him either a refund or a Preorder deal
and he went with the second option.
Now the deal took more time than expected like I said, I wasn't available for a while and Couldn't even sit-up well talkless of using a phone which was the reason I gave a friend my mail login to copy his and other one person's number and reach out to them on my behalf.

He made his decision knwn saying he wanted a refund
Told the friend to plead with him to calm down at least till this weekend so I could be back on and dispose off some stuffs and get him sorted ........cont'd

The point is Firstly, I want @sundayid to gimme some hours to confirm the present status of his PC
My proposed solution is that
If he needs a PC to manage a little pending the availability of his PC, I could arrange one for him within 48hrs
But if it's a refund he wants like he had stated
He'd surely get it, however I'd plead for grace of a little time to arrange it because presently, I'm just coming online. Won't be out discharged until Saturday but I needed to come here first!

I purchased a laptop (Acer Chromebook 720P) for a client from Fluxempire here on 7th February, 2023 and was delivered same day. Unfortunately, by 10th February, 2023, it was reported to Fluxempire that the Chrome OS locks the owner out after he has signed in into his Google account (screenshot attached). This was relayed back to him which he requested that I reload the OS explaining the process to me. This was done but still having the same issue. Hence, he requested that I send the Chromebook back to Lagos while he gives me another laptop which I did on the 11th of March, 2023. He acknowledged receiving the laptop and showed me a picture of a laptop that would be sent as replacement. Unfortunately, warehouse wasn't opened that week until the following week which he assured me that he would send the laptop. We last spoke on 17th March, 2023 when he gave me his word of sending me the laptop. Since then, he has been offline (on WhatsApp) and couldn't be reached via calls. I reached out to one of his guys who picked up the Chromebook for him (his contact is: 09160333506) when I dispatched to Lagos and he told me that he misplaced his phone and can only be reached via SMS. However, I've sent numerous SMS to him asking him how far but got no response from him. Due to the urgency of the work at hand requiring a laptop, I had to borrow money to get a small laptop elsewhere.

Now, I've messaged him numerous times to refund the money back to the client (paid him 45K for the PC). I don't mind him deducting the waybill fee he used to dispatch it initially but I need to settle my client ASAP as he has been on my neck for weeks now

PLEASE I NEED HIM TO REFUND ME ASAP AS I BELIEVE I'VE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH CONSIDERING HOW REPUTABLE HE HAS BEEN HERE FOR YEARS.

@sundayid I would gladly suggest you give him an extra time, maybe like an extra week for the pre order to arrive and also for him to be able to get out of his acclaimed current health situation, since he has come out and stated his reasons for defaulting. However if item doesn't arrive as promised, then you can go on with the request for refund

Getting called a scammer sounds painful but when you're unable to reach someone for long that's what easily comes to mind
However, I have no intention of ever eating any money that's not mine
They Both would get their items/money in full with a backup of solid apology letters
I await the responses of the complaint(s) and necessary elders

Idrisab Refunded 100k out of the 400k he is suppose to refund me i.e 400,000 - 100,000 = 300,000.
He made the payment this morning through an unknown account with account name Mujeeb Temitayo Azeez.
This is a follow up on his case

In light of his recent move; I have reached out to my links in the DSS and DIA to hold off on his case which was suppose to commence by Tuesday due to the public holiday.

Seller can decide when to go on vacation. But he should have communicated this before taking your order.
