I love rose apple but don't know where to get it.

There is a tree in Oshodi way back then when I was very little that had the fruits. One day I will go and check if the tree is still standing

Virtually all.

Only one of them gave me allergy and I stopped eating it.
There is one fruit people hardly mention. Inside is exactly like African star apple/agbalumo/otien/African cherry as called in various parts of 9ja.
But its skin is like velvet and brownish, not smooth like agbalumo.

That fruit ranks among the tastiest fruit anywhere. I have forgotten its English name.

It's called Ekpiro/Ekpido in parts of Edo.

I have eaten most except 5 that I am seing for the first time. my favorites are; avocado, coconut, plantain and african breadfruit.
@op u didnt add jackfruit, bitterkola, ube okpoko, eastern garden egg, aubergin/eggplant, okpo, et al.

We call siriguela Iyeye in Yoruba.

Iyaebethegreat I also hate local pear, it's use to eat maize is south South and south East.

I've not come across it in Southwest
