The rules are:
1. Ensure she's virally suppressed by visiting the clinic with her to check her last viral load copies. Note ; < 9 means a good viral suppression and be sure her result wasn't fake.
2. Be prepared for PrEP uptake which would last for 3 months after necessary screening by a counsellor tester.
3. Ensure your diet is rich in protein foods and fruits concurrently while on rule number 2, and use a condom while having sex with her *no shaking* after a week into PrEP initiation as a double edge protection during that 3 months. Feel free to have unprotected sex with her after completing the 3 months of PrEP, provided she adhere to her drugs including DO and DON'T.
4. Ensure you get tested monthly and follow up on her daily medication including clinic visit for her result update because your safety is in her hands.

All these rules and protocol ?

So she wanted you not to do the test? If you hadn't used your kit you'd had f*cked her like that and she's fine with infecting you with the virus. As a dumb Bleep that you are, someone who is willing to infect you with a lifetime virus which can ruin your future is the person you are having feelings for? She's the person you are asking if you can date her or not? Forget the virus, she was willing to infect you man! Are you an idiot?

Oga run like a thief and never look back. I know THREE men who loved unprotected sex with random women and they were reduced to frigging skeletons before they died in agony. One of them was too weak to speak so he texted me as he died in hospital. I was too scared to even go and witness what happened to the man. All I could think of is how he boasted that condoms were not for him.

No half-hour of sex is worth that kind of horrific death. Break off the affair NOW and run like a thief who stole twenty naira panla fish in Idumota market, never to return.

Everywhere? Last time I checked, Nigerians claimed that Nigeria has zero HIV cases.

Or is it a lie?

HIV/AIDS is endemic all over Africa. While South Africa evidently has higher rates than West Africa, the disease IS present and active in West Africa and has been for decades. I personally know FIVE men who died horrible deaths from AIDS, of whom THREE were close friends and associates who loved women and hated condoms. They paid the ultimate price for that foolhardy and reckless head-in-the-sand approach to life.

One of Nigeria's legendary Afro Beat musicians, Fela Kuti, refused to accept that AIDS was real, and copulated freely with his 27 concubines, along with assorted other groupies that flocked around him. The man died a horrible, lingering death but remained in stout denial until the moment he drew his final breath and expired. Such a waste of talent, all because of ignorant and arrogant refusal to accept the documented findings of medical science.

Wrap it up, fellas, and hang pipe to your heart's content until you are too old to get it up.

Since Fela was in denial of his HIV status, then that means all or some of his children could be HIV positive too as they would've been born with it.

That is highly likely. Many of his former wives and concubines probably expired in the years since his death from the same unforgiving disease. Fela's denial of AIDS research findings probably arose from his experiences with racism as a young music student in London back in the day.

He grew to despise everything associated with the "white man" to the extent of discouraging his children from undergoing a formal Western education, and to the far more tragic extent of regarding AIDS as a fabrication of the Western media that in his view was aimed at preventing blacks from breeding more offspring. He was a musical prodigy with major flaws in his reasoning that cost him his life ultimately.

Fela made post-secondary school education "optional" for his kids while making it no secret that he regarded Western education as nothing more than a program of "brainwashing" by the white man.

In so doing he biased all his children against pursuing literacy further than secondary school which was in my view the greatest disservice any parent could inflict on their own offspring. To have the money needed for the education of one's children, yet to deny them that opportunity is a cardinal sin in my book. Fela was deeply flawed due to this single stand that he took.

There is a youtube video of him declaring that the only education his children required was to "know good from bad". Watched it with sadness a couple of days ago. Such a terrible retrogressive example being set by a British educated musician whose elder brother was a medical doctor.
