Basically, she's saying she does not believe in paying personal income tax (PIT). Madam, until you change the constitution, you will have to pay. Shuffling a bunch of papers on a table is not evidence since you inferred yourself that you've not paid some of your PIT

She is probably under direct assessment, there are different parameters used to measure that but the first one will be the payer declaring what his or her income for the previous year was, this is often called tax fillings.

You can however contend whatever you are asked to pay but that is often done at the appropriate office and never on social media as this hanty is trying to do.

Also, it looks like this matter started even earlier than 2019, so this talk about supporting Mr A does not hold water. It may have served as an extra motivation but the fact still remains that this matter has been on since 2019
