So first I am an M Dependant.

For documents I submitted these
1 TB test
2 Police report
3 Bank Statement
4 Wedding certificate
5 Wife’s CoS

Thanks a lot. I'm hoping to apply soon. My MA is still in Nigeria and will be traveling around September. Do you think I can still go ahead?

Goodmorning,
Pls is there anybody here or who knows someone that has gotten his passport stamped / travelled with the vignette sticker but didn't get brp mail. Is it still possible to get the brp card at the post office you chose in your application , after 10 days of arriving without getting the mail ?

Get your 3yrs tax clearance certificate ready then apply.

Do you have an idea of how much it cost to do a tax clearance please

Go and prepare for your travel your application is 100% successful
kenemike:
Hi guys.
I applied for Dependant Visa and from the tracker, my application is still in the received by DMC stage but I got an email from BRP saying my visa is successful. It’s safe to say I have gotten the visa right? And I should expect collection of passport soon even though it’s still in the received by DMC stage.

Am I correct in my thinking?

Please gurus any responses. smiley

People in the house i need help with some info. My husband monthly salary is 900 000 but most times he gets more than that as his coy pays him bonus / commission so what enters his bank statement is more than 900000. How does he explain this in his application? What will he put as how much he earns in a month since his salary is not fixed.

He puts his average ie.total amounts in a year divided by 12 and he needs a strong supporting letter from his office stating all these emoluments

My regular monthly salary is ₦900,000. Additionally, I frequently receive commission, which varies from month to month depending on the company’s revenue.

Does your husband's employment letter exclusively mention that he is entitled to bonuses?

Are the credit in his bank account only from his company bank account with the company's name clearly highlighted as their account name?

Let him put whatever he is being paid as basic as his monthly income, the extras can be explained no pressure.

He can explain the extras in his cover letter as well as get a letter from his employer stating similar standings of his salary.

Thank you so much @giselle237 @ashirioluwa @thegamingorca @tutu82

Yes it is stated in his letter that he is entitled to bonus, do you think we should put the bonus as extra income?
For example, should we say yes to the question that says do you have another income? Then we put the commission as the additional income because his company pays the salary and commission together at once.

Thank you for your help

Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 120 working days.

Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection.

Kind Regards,

UK Decision Making Centre

Please I got the above email for my wife and son this afternoon, please what does the message means and what next do i have to do

You do nothing.They have simply informed you that;
-They are with the application.
-It will take longer than normal to process.
-They will contact you if anything changes.

my own opinion is put 1 naira/1 gbp. Let your invitation letter expressly state that you are sponsoring the trip fully.

My mum finally picked up her passport today and she was given the 6months visit visa. Thank you so much for your help.

Do not answer yes to that. It's not an extra income. It's just bonus.

Nothing will raise eyebrows in his finances since his employment letter says he is entitled to other emoluments.

How is his monthly expenditure like?

That bonus is supplemental pay that's given to him in addition to his regular salary, and he has explained in his letter or application that he does get bonuses occasionally, so he should not bother to write anything in the additional income section.

To my understanding, you shouldn't fill out the additional income section unless you have income coming from a source other than your primary employment or business.

Just tell him to add a note in the additional comment or information in the application " that in addition to my regular salary, I receive a bonus depending on company revenue, and this bonus is paid together with my salary monthly."
