Osamor was called in as a witness not to tender any sort of results but to prove that there was no time the INEC chairman said there will be no electronic transmission of results!
She made this claim by stating that she had participated in all of the INEC chairman's meetings and engagements where the commission boss stated explicitly that there will be electronic transmission of results from the PU contrary to a frivolous publication by Tribune newspaper!

I know why she was called, I just want to know when we are going to see proof of a stolen mandate because I know Osamor is not going to produce it.

Oga, IREV no dey vote o! IREV is inconsequential in the scheme of things
It is inconsequential But yet INEC used it to sing everyday
Just dey play
Without the IREV it will be like every other election since 1999. IREV was the game changer that's why Buhari gave them 300k billions of taxpayers money to execute the election. The highest amount ever for an election.
U should be calling for arrest of INEC chairman if truly u want Nigeria to move forward not defending them.

Because the rubbish INEC did favour u today nor mean say e go favour u 2morow.
Let's always try to be truthful and do the right thing regardless

Agbado's lawyers are Lie Muhammeds. When did Fraudster Yakubu said the results would no longer be uploaded in real-time? Why must he promise something vital to the credibility of an election but later do the opposite of what he promised? Why did iRev worked for other election except presidential election?

Tinubu is a criminal. Yakubu is a thief.

It's on Vanguard, Tribune and Punch at least. It's also on this Twitter link and people commented on it same 23rd February or did they all backdate and edit?
Despite all that, the law is not emotional. There's no LAW mandating INEC to transmit live, even if they swear by God to transmit. It is remains a good intention/plan that was not carried out. Promising to marry you isn't a marriage certificate, you don't take such frivolities to the court or bank except you are a court jester.

So no video evidence of rigging election yet
Only what was said with orally without constitutional backing are being played.

Everyone plans to achieve 100% in an exam but plans are just wishful thinkings. INEC's plan was to transmit the result live but circumstances beyond its control made them not to! Does that mean the elections have to be postponed? And if it happens again on the postponed date, would it be postponed again? All these have been foreseen in the electoral act! And also why we have substantial non compliance.
Firstly, there was no different websites
The IREV portal is just a single website for all the elections
Why didnt the same issue affect the house of rep and Senate ?
INEC deliberately shutdown the components for the presidential election (one of the disadvantage of lazy loading in website development)
It is supposed to be an advantage because instead of loading the entire application which will sometimes takes time, u can just load what u need.
INEC deliberately used it against 200million citizens and told us to go to hell

Don't be emotional over logic. There's no law enforcing use of IREV. It was just an intention or plan by INEC. You can't claim marriage to a man based on promise or plan. You need a marriage certificate. The folks in court a acting like a jilted lady. They can only be pitied, nothing the law can do about this.

Sorry the court has the right to declare the evidence of a witness as hostile. Meanwhile, Le the doubters not jubilate.yet. To counter this witness, APC will use Tribune reporter and he will give evidence on where he sourced the story confirming no real time transmission of results. We are just raising tension in the polity unnecessarily. This is Obis turn to give present witness. The defendants would have their own time and cross examinations.

Is live transmission of result a requirement of the law? When supposed educated behave as if they've stepped school... A reporter on a national TV for that matter.
Under the new Act, the use of electronic devices such as smart card readers, electronic voting machines and other technological devices, is allowed in the accreditation process for voters and in the general conduct of elections.[27] Furthermore, the new Act provides for electronic transmission of election results in accordance with the procedure determined by the Commission.[28]

This is your electoral act, read it very well brother: Nigeria is not a jungle or banana republic where someone can just because of his privileged position allow himself to be used to spit on our constitution and laws, electoral act clearly states that there will be electronic transmission of results. The Tribune never said election results will not be transmitted. Rather, raw figures would not because it is easily susceptible to hacking.

It is better to read and understand.

Osamor, while being cross-examined by APC counsel, Abiodun Owonikoko, avowed that INEC chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, said the results of the Feb. 25 presidential election would be transmitted live.

So instead of providing proof of his votes that were giving to other candidates, we are focusing on someone saying the election results would be transmitted live.

So this is the stolen mandate that Obidients have been shouting upandan, the fact that elections were not transmitted live.

No figures to compare with officially declared figures, just random journalists saying they heard that the results will be transmitted live.

I understand why Obi's SANs are proceeding on this basis anyway, they have families to feed and things are tough for honest citizens in this country

Most obidients sounds foolish. No court of law can cancel any election base on this. INEC is an independent body and can decide to say something and change it without taking any permission from anyone as long as it is not constituted. Nothing like immediate transmission of election results in our constitution. So, Yakubu can make a promise and renegade such as well. So, make nna buy sense if nna no get one.
