Actually, it is. Because a strong family unit is building the society. So societies have to really value it. On this issue, Africa is the saner clime. Western societies who don't value it as much are already crumbling as you can see.

Gods ulterior motives for marriage was Companionship, Procreation and pleasure. not poverty alleviation.
