Hello guys, I need some clarification also @duchess, @Justwise.

Has there been a case where UKVI will issue visa to main applicant and refuse dependent visas?

We all did biometric same day on 10th July 2023.

The main applicant got TLS travel documents ready email on 19th and BRP email on 20th.

For my wife and 3 kids nothing has shown up o no email sent to me on there behalf.

What could be the reason for the delay?

I was just thinking if they needed further information they would have contacted me.

My kids are 3yrs, 1yr and (15yrs, had him out of wedlock during university and have provided consent from the mother side)

Have lived together from age 1 till this moment.

I am just curious as all their applications are still on DMC received.

Pls pls where can my dependant find the visa link to apply from?

My bro, no worry, if you met all requirements, their visas will be out. UKVI just being stylish. They barely deny, unless in cases of misrepresentation or insufficient financial evidence.

Note: the passport has expire and not with me currently.

When you declare something you should be able to show the evidence unless the travel document is lost or stolen

Also I was asked to put the address of where I would be staying in the UK, should I just put the address of the school in the column provided?

Thanks we have cross checked the account belong to the school , it's the account they sent to us via mail and it's also on their site.

The school is acting weird to check with their bank.

I tire why we go use transfer and not indicting STUDENT ID ON THE PAYMENT

If the bank sent it to an existing account over 10 days ago, it is unlikely it can be reversed. Find out if the account the money was paid into actually belongs to the University. Act fast!

Where you contacted via email to provide this evidence? To whom it may concern works since you weren't given a specific address, but it should be on your company letterhead, and there should be a form of contact email just in case they want to verify it.

Please does it really matter if the company you want to use for reference is showing inactive on CAC portal?

Obviously your kids depend on you financially. Fill them in. If they are not traveling with you and you didn’t fill visa application for them, you don’t need to submit pof for them.

Shebi for both applicant and dependant are paying same amount of ihs and visa fees. IHS =£705 and visa =£363 respectively? That's total fee of £2,136. Correct if I'm wrong pls

Haven't heard of such a refusal because of the status of the company on CAC CRP.
Just use company letterhead paper and ensure the email and phone number are there for correspondence.

Biometric Date : 13th of June
Interview: 30th of June
Empty NSF: 4th July

I have done multiple paid emails and still not yet concluded.

The issue now is that my course start date was today and still I haven’t heard from UKVI. I have contacted the school.

Question: Are there any urgent steps I need to take in this kind of situation? Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Hello, convera works but not when you want to be debited in naira. You must use a dom account. Convert the amount you want to pay in pounds to dollars on the convera platform. Used access and it took about 3 working days to get to it's destination
